500,000 shares reduced to just 25000 shares a few years back and now my 25000 shares reduced to just 25 shares, you could not make this up, my £17,000 now worth £81.50, just thought some of you guys should know.

On AIM mostly only one thing is possible. And that is what will happen here.
A great cast of characters on the BOD - so a near certainty.

There are many cases a stock has multi bagged after consolidation - try looking at XTR a few years ago in May 2017 they had 13 billion in issue and did a 1 for 200 - by December the shares had tripled.

Post consolidation with all new shares issued RGM will have around 85m in issue, XTR had 170m.

On AIM anything is possible.

The Reality

As stated in the RNS

(Pre consolidation)

The company intends to issue over 7 BILLION shares at the discounted price of

0.0275p

The placing price in todays post consolidation terms (1 to 100) is thus 2.75p


Thus the MAXimum these shares are worth today is imho 2.75p and most likely
they are worth far less than that. Buying shares above that industrial dilution
price is for me personally, just utter lunacy.

The pump merchant here is for me obviously a placee participant or equiv. Just
my guess. Either way it is matterless. They simply ramp based on "Jam tommorow"
BS rhetoric. That doesn't alter the reality.

The reality remains that the company has stated clearly it intends to add over
7 BILLION shares at the price of 0.0275p (pre consolidation)

Remember there were only 1.5 bn in issue so adding over 7 billion more
essentially nullifies all the existing shares and resets the value at 0.0275p.


Why on earth would any PI pay more than that for shares??

I certainly wouldn't, it would be imho lunacy
