12/12/2019 14:48 | Tell me leewink Given the RNS states that 7 billion shares are going to be issued at 0.0275p how much do you think the shares are worth? | torp
12/12/2019 13:05 | "They" are buying it because "they" know that the finest group of honest upstanding men have been gathered on the BOD. That's why. | kemche
12/12/2019 12:50 | When you say "they" who are you referring to? Who is buying it? Real mugpunters or is it placees ? And note that I'm not suggesting there are illegal sales, what I said was that there are lots of cries of "forward selling" on LSE DYOR | torp
12/12/2019 12:47 | ... But they're still buying it ... Someone's got a different opinion here it seems. If you are that sure of illegal sales, start the ball rolling and report it then, just post all findings here, i'd be very interested. Of course, if they aren't doing illegals, i'd be interested again too with your information. | leewink1
12/12/2019 12:25 | Lots of cries of forward selling on the lSE board. The company has announced that 7 billion shares will be coming at 0.0275p if proposals go through. How many of these tiny buys today are just placees trying to bump the share price up so they can lure in the mugs to buy their placing shares? Forward selling is of course totally illegal It needs reporting to the FCA imho if true Cornhill Capital were fined over £200k for engaging in forward selling of a proposed placing for NEW. This looks a similar situation in that the placings are thus far only proposed and have to be confirmed at a General meeting. The larger holders presumably are confident that the proposals will go through at the GM. Of course if the proposals were voted down then the placings don't go ahead and anyone who has been selling shares that don't actually exist would run into difficulty. Sickening stuff to watch TBH Shares are worth 0.0275p max imho DYOR | torp
12/12/2019 11:50 | I think KnWn-BC (Unfiltered!) should buy more! | kemche
12/12/2019 11:42 | usual suspects on twitter pumping this and probably derisking into any rise. knowtheirgame ;-) | texaschaser
12/12/2019 08:46 | I doubt very much if he's employable - period | seagullsslimjim
11/12/2019 22:39 | Yup, not the sharpest tool in the bag TBH. If an employee then Beaumont would do well to review his posts here on ADVFN. There are some absolutely shocking derogatory remarks and bad language. I most certainly wouldn't want my company associated with such. Hope for their sake he's not an employee. | torp
11/12/2019 21:40 | Well played on that finding Torp He's probably a trainee hired for Christmas cover. Anyway off to open the next door on my RGM CLN advent calendar. | seagullsslimjim
11/12/2019 16:38 | Just FYI Poster uNkwn (uNkwnTrader on LSE) posts on ; Regency Mines Inspirit Energy Hawkwing Sabien Tech SNT Petrel Resources (PET), Mobile Streams (MOS) What do they all have in common? Every share has Beaumont Cornish as the NOMAD Just sayin . . . . | torp
11/12/2019 15:56 | Yup Torp, agree, looks pretty dire now doesn't it. | leewink1
11/12/2019 14:26 | KnWn - unfiltered! Where is he? | kemche
11/12/2019 14:20 | Share appears to be in freefall now Was 11.76% down yesterday according to LSE Today down 13.33% Pump and dump very short lived, people cutting their losses imho before the SP inevitably goes to the proposed placing price of 0.0275p and beyond. Glad I wasn't fooled by the ramping hype but there must be some now left holding the baby imho. The lesson must be learned. No point throwing more good money after bad imho, averaging down in dilution AIM stocks is a recipe for disaster. I know now to just cut my losses before they get worse. DYOR | torp
11/12/2019 10:51 | Business as usual over at his new jolly at POW though. Update RNS there and then the inevitable placing. Admin Expenses for the half year were £335k. Same old same old | torp
10/12/2019 21:41 | jim, He's crying because it deprives him of his "expenses". Poor sod. | kemche
10/12/2019 21:31 | Kemche - i think Bell is the only person i know that must have been filleted and thus lacking a backbone ! | seagullsslimjim
10/12/2019 19:56 | jim - filleted! | kemche
10/12/2019 19:48 | i'm saddened that i have been filtered too, but not listed in the post by knwn above :-) | seagullsslimjim
10/12/2019 19:15 | Everyone - filtered! But not Knwn! | kemche
10/12/2019 18:42 | Share showing 11.76% down today as the P&D fails. Just extremely happy that I didn't fall for it. With 7 billion plus shares proposed to be issued at the bucket price of 0.0275p it's not surprising. There are only 1.5bn in issue today so 7 billion more at that bucket price means that is the true value of the share. I would consider myself stupid to pay more than 0.0275p for shares as a result.
