Over the years you get to see the same "boiler room" ramping idiots come and go
and the MO is always the same. Label realists as bitter holders and just keep
dishing out the "Jam tomorrow" rhetoric. Hard to believe anyone falls for it
anymore but there will unfortunately be one or two.

Naïve PIs should realise that the ramping idiots are likely placees and are simply
looking for mugs to take their discounted shares off them at ridiculously higher
prices. If you fall for the "jam tomorrow" spiel then you thoroughly deserve
to lose your money.

There are billions of shares to come at 0.0275p according to the RNS. That's
billions. How on earth do you think those shares will get soaked into the
markets? Yes, it's by naïve mugs believing the "jam tomorrow" spiel making
you think you are going to miss out on some fantastical rise. They just laugh
at you and sell their cheap placing shares for a lovely profit at your expense.

Don't be that mug imho. I certainly won't be.

If you do keep feeding the placees with free cash then they will just keep
coming back for more and more and more. More shares issued, more dilution,
more share price decimation. This is what happens when companies dilute on an industrial
scale:




SP is just totally trashed. Note that the little spike last week doesn't even
figure on this chart. That's how much dilution destroys a share price.

DYOR and do it well. Don't be the mug, don't fall for "jam tomorrow" rhetoric.

Assess the facts and make your decision accordingly.

The detractors forget that even with 8.5b shares in issue the m/cap is still under £3m and they have £800k in cash + a pretty high profile BOD.

This was priced to go bust, but not so, looks a decent bet given the recent lust for bombed out minnows.

Don't forget a good proportion of those 7 billion new shares are locked in, some have probably been forward sold and some will have gone into sticky hands.

Will take a punt and suggest .10p could be easily attainable short term.

Actually you'll find I'm extremely successful when it comes to AIM shares like many who have taken a position here and whether you like it or not the past is the past and this is going to come to fruition.

Remember when Bell invested in Oracle at circa 8-10p an came out with the quote that it would be 50p within 6 months.

He sold RGMS stake later down the road at circa 2.25p !

Almost at comical as uNkwn popping up here.

These youngsters usually last 3 weeks or so and then disappear, only to re-emerge under a new user name.

With 7 BILLION placing shares to come how is there possibly money to be made
except for those involved in the placings and on the inside track???

All true Torp, but from watching RGM from the sidelines [all of these years], Mr Bell was the problem and his actions in continualy raising new money to pay the fat-cat-wages but producing Nothing ! allowed the bucket shop + traders to make hay at the expence of trapped shareholders. This new guy may be cut from the same cloth as Bell ! only time will tell.
The same thing has been happening at Oracle (orcp) until Khan was finaly ousted. Now we have another huge fund raising with millions of 'give away' warrants attached. For long term holders of both companies, its a rock and a hard place, but for fresh money a profit could be gained from here !.

Do not risk what you can not afford.



PS. RGM once held c20% of Oracle, with Bells famous quote on orcp "50p is a steppeing stone". Before he sold his stake at a lose and the share price is now 0.6p. That is how clueless Bell was !.

Sounds to me like your cherry picking information to suit yourself.
Doc is not "pumping" it at all and if anything many have been taking positions in this for months prior to him showing any interest at all.
Yes taking positions whilst everyone else carried on whining and crying about it.
