Too late for me.

Record is average Tom Bulford is the tipster
I agree not a share to fly away
Steady growth predicted one to put a few quid in and check on every 6 months

Thanks. Is this "RHPS" taken seriously?
What's their record. Tipping property shares (which are asset backed) is nothing clever.

hi can anyone tell me whats going on over at RLE my live terminal shows zero activity and my portfolio shows a question mark for bid offer, accepting the obvious reason ie only myself bought some of this stock an nobody else wants any!

Also who supplies the best portfolio around, I am currently using fool digital look and an ADVFN competitor and am getting a varied balance of results.

Many thanks in advance

Why don't they state the NAV per share? Need to study the accounts in more detail to determine NAV. Looks like 10-11p, but may be less as there are a significant number of shares to be issued. Clear as mud from the prelims! They might talk about building Newport into a multi million pound property co. Yes they did, but the NAV performance was very poor.

Results in line with expectations, management seem to know what they are doing, income steadily increasing, not rushing into any acquisitions, £2m in the bank for the next buy.
As i said earlier cannot see downside with this co only steady growth imho

The recent final results report seem encouraging to this punter. I am glad, also, they don't waste money on these coloured brochures so beloved by companies who are almost 'broke'

Why are these shares climbing so well?

Surely the acquisition of the Hemel Hempstead retail property has not done this!

I wouldn't touch City Equities with a barge pole. Investing in shares successfully has to be all about making your own informed decisions. This company, looks interesting, but well over priced at the moment. Might take another look in a year or so.
