21/12/2006 14:16 | I think that the experience and track record of REI's board should not be ignored. | sunfish2
21/12/2006 11:35 | Makes a pleasant change from all the other AIM companies I hold shares in which always seem to have to do their placings at significant discounts which both pulls down share price in short term and then stops it increasing much as any substantial increase is typically followed by profit taking from those that bought in at the low placing price. This looks much more hopeful IMHO | 59david
21/12/2006 09:57 | New shares issued to institutions at premium to market price. Must be interesting with large cash investment by directors. | sunfish2

30/11/2006 15:27 | To facilitate the pursuit of this strategy, the Board of the Company has convened an EGM to seek Shareholder approval for substantial increases in the authorities of the Directors to allot on a non pre-emptive basis authorised but unissued ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") up to a nominal amount of £2,500,000 representing, as at 20 November 2006 (being the latest practicable date prior to the making of this announcement), 276 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital. 02/9/2006 03:08 | After the Bassi investment the company has £3m cash in hand. The first 2 years were about getting established and the stronger company seems in good shape to move forward. Bassi and Perloff are good operators and Lewin has a long track record. What it needs is a wider and more solid shareholder base.Been poking around a bit and I reckon that we will see action. | sunfish2
20/8/2006 08:23 | Interesting, although that RNS doesn't seem to show up on ADVFN. Been watching this one, but not bought any yet. Andrew Perloff bought some more shares which cannot be seen as a bad sign and holds just under 9%, although most were acquired as part of the Eurocity transaction. Paul Bassi looks an interesting addition to the Board. I was never really that convinced with the CEO's strategy at Newport Holdings and he seems to be doing the same here. Lots or properties are bought, held and then sold on with shares issued all the time. They never really seem to generate significant value with any of the properties they buy, just a 5% uplift here and a 10% uplift there. Very much an old style investment holding property company. | topvest
19/8/2006 18:35 | what will rising rates impact this? Why has the finance director sold every single share? Number of Price per Shares Share 400,000 9.875p 250,000 9.75p 100,000 9.50p Following these transactions, Malcolm Lewin no longer holds shares in the Company. 27 June 2006 | frances2
28/6/2006 16:37 | Given lack of postings this one is obviously below most people's radar screen however latest news re additional funds, new directors, acquisition makes me think this might actually be a share worth having | 59david
