17/11/2009 09:32 | Hello hello, i'd forgotton i had this little fella tucked away! Popped its head up this morning in good style. | fozzie
17/11/2009 09:18 | What's got this moving I wonder ? nice move north so that will do me :-) | 5dally
17/11/2009 08:56 | Another big trade shifted the price, 846,242 at 5p Signs of life | martincc
16/11/2009 21:31 | I would agree that the true value is far from reflected in the current valuation..and some are no doubt well aware of that. | hastings
16/11/2009 14:59 | Yup, that's a solid trade. Surely, REI's portfolio has increased in valuation, well beyond the last published figures? What about some info from the company--it's all very quiet. | sunfish2
16/11/2009 12:33 | Nice big 250k buy gone through. | hastings
28/10/2009 11:47 | Sunfish thanks for your thoughts, not a million miles away from my own. For what it is worth i believe there will be some kind of injection, but not neccesarily one of cash. | hastings
27/10/2009 22:56 | hastings In an earlier post, I said that REI could not just plod along and rely on 'organic growth' to make progress. That is not an option for the company They need new equity and/or a corporate aquisition. If neither come to pass, in, say, 18 months, then I believe that Bassi would have had enough and would either sell at NAV or try to take the business private. However, Caledonian's average price must be north of 7 pence as well, so that's a difficult scenario to contemplate. I do think that the shares are a strong "buy" at these levels and remain surprised at the steady level of trades going through. | sunfish2
27/10/2009 22:27 | sunfish, We will see. But, i would be interested to hear your thoughts on where you hope this might play over time!! | hastings
27/10/2009 22:08 | hastings It's an old story--worth a mention 5 weeks ago, but not of any relevance now. This won't "go private". Bassi couldn't finance it and Caledonian would not want to know at a price below NAV. | sunfish2
27/10/2009 21:56 | Sunfish old mate, i don't quite get it!!!. You appear to have some issues or hang ups on time. Surely, points that are of an importance are exactly that, are they not!! | hastings
27/10/2009 19:22 | That's an old story--the 1 million shares were bought some time ago. | sunfish2
23/10/2009 10:42 | Sure, "patience" is fine when you are 25 years old. But, one runs out of time! It's "now" that matters. | sunfish2
23/10/2009 07:45 | Patience is the name of the game here, is it not! | hastings
22/10/2009 17:40 | Is it drifting? Seems flat to me - probably needs a bit of volume to clear an overhang - but then the best time to buy is when there's a bit of stock about. CR | cockneyrebel
22/10/2009 16:01 | So, why has the price been drifting when trades are done at 5p? | sunfish2
22/10/2009 15:57 | A little bit of buying goint on :-) | 5dally
16/10/2009 11:03 | Whilst waiting for action here, I had some fun with miners: XTA,POG and AAL. You need strong nerves for this sector. | sunfish2
16/10/2009 10:51 | Agreed again,just sitting tight. | hastings
16/10/2009 10:19 | As I believe I posted earlier, the company has to be bigger. Organic growth is not an really an option. The best news has to be Caledonia, who don't take stakes in small caps without a plan to see them greatly expand. | sunfish2
16/10/2009 09:09 | I agree Sunfish2, just thought that it was worth posting. Personally, i feel we are looking at either a raising of new money or perhaps the injection of something else. Either way they havn't upped their stakes to sit idly by. | hastings
15/10/2009 20:16 | Whatever "Property Week" says, you can be sure that the reverse will happen. | sunfish2
07/10/2009 07:49 | Should be interesting to see who has picked them up, Mr Daly perhaps? | hastings |
