Blackham news continues to impress and now our increased stake in Hibiscus is looking good. Let's hope that on the back of this we can push through 6p this week.

Well, the money from the sale of Equus will pay Mr Tang's salary for the next ten months or so. No wonder they had to pay for Blackham with new stock.

Rns out. This is already written down?1.95 per cent equity interest consisting of 5.5 million ordinary shares in Equus Petroleum plc ("Equus"). The offer has resulted in a net cash payment to Polo of approximately CAD$1.37 million and is expected to result in a total loss to Polo (including currency translation) of approximately US$500,000. The loss is based on the written down value in accordance with Polo's last audited accounts.

Commodity investor Polo Resources Limited (LON:POL) is issuing 9,832,358 new ordinary shares to pay for increasing its stake in Australian gold explorer Blackham Resources Limited (ASX:BLK).

It said on Friday that it had applied to get the consideration shares admitted to trading on AIM on Monday July 25, after which Polo's enlarged issued share capital will amount to 311,789,151 ordinary shares.

HIBI:MK has been fairly steady at 0.19 over the past 6 months, but over 12 months it has fallen from 0.91.
My previous post merely indicated that in my opinion HIBI was continuing to be a loss making enterprise.

As far as Perfectus is concerned, it will be interesting to see if Mr Tang (or one of his companies) keeps 2%
or sells it to Polo so that Perfectus becomes a 100% subsidiary of Polo.

Perfectus was originally formed as a shell company to hold Blackham shares, but it could be used to buy new assets in exchange for some of its Polo shares, so that no new Polo shares need be issued.

I miss Mr Blond Eamon. Where are you M8? I miss your intellectual comments about how POL is going down the toilet. Or did you make a tiny mistake? I did advise you to buy POL at sub 2p, but you failed to listen, didn't you? Oh dear, that must be a little bit upsetting.

Interesting, roomb gives " advice" on this site. What is your FCA reg. number, just so we can confirm the legitimacy of the "advice" you give ?.
This should be good.

This profit achieved only after including "negative goodwill from business combination" of 135 million RM.
You put your left foot in, you put your left foot out and you shake it all about - hokey kokey accounting?
