No price has been confirmed. The 8p figure comes from the discredited Stever poster. Who knows but the last results showed good progress and this company has a low market value. Reminds me of PEG in that it needs a series of contract wins in 2014 to re-rate

Jsut started looking at this again. Looks to me like the city parasites are having fun again. - Pull the price down now, because that means the placing will be a lot lower (my guess is 9 - 10 p.
PPR will be 'advised' that only way to go is via an institutional (and friends) only placing and may be a bit of a sop to existing holder, by allowing them to get, say a 1 to 15 at the same price.

On thine you can be sure of is that you guys WILL be shafted again, all in gthe name of 'looking after your interests'.

I Will keep watching till the placing is announced though.

The Bid is 13p and the offer is 12p......

The data on this blog is pointing to a 8p share diluted price to attract funds...

Make a list of the contracts won with amounts during the last year, and which were

announced by a RN... and you will see why they need money.....

The share price @.008p is less than the price they were when the board pushed through the reorganisation of the shares.....

This tells you, they have been going backwards over the last 12 months, which is reflected in the RN's with "contracts won"...

Still if you can withstand a 33.3% drop in the share price there is plenty of "jam tomorrow." with the sales wish pipeline.

Guys - good luck for 2014 - she ok as a ship once the new investment comes and when they value the pipeline of contracts correctly as I previously stated.
Its very well worth 8p a share as a new investment base: trebling that in a year is the target.

how low is this going to go..the introduction of new shares at a price well below today suggests this could fall another 25% as the suggestion is new issue at 8p, any one care to comment. If this is the case why do we bot have a major dumping exercise by shareholders waiting for the new share issue, before buying back in at lower prices.

its gone dead: your investment team are working on the case for you as we speak and are hoping that while the dilution is bad news to the 8 pee levels: the monies are to be spent on something good rather than just squandered on moving costs, the Christmas Party and Gillian's wedding ring.
