20/2/2014 16:14 | I am sitting here talking to myself and watching this rise rise rise | 4screws
20/2/2014 16:00 | so are market makers short of stock because each buy seems to be moving this upwards or is this a false dawn before they bring it all the way back down when the results are released. come on people talk talk talk | 4screws
20/2/2014 15:55 | news must have leaked out of the perspecked windows | 4screws
20/2/2014 08:28 | KNIGEL, Re Steve, you forgot to add the words. "in handcuffs" "straight to jail" and "seven year stretch" to your report. CM. | cheshiremoggie
19/2/2014 20:12 | Hopefully 7 am tomorrow there will be a stellar results RNS and news on funding - then interest might reappear here.... (I hear Stever is flying back from Malta tonight) :-)) | knigel
18/2/2014 19:07 | Well it appears a few added yesterday at 7.6p and today between 8-9p so hopefully a good sign. Volume was fairly good today and suggests any decent news on funding may push the share price back into double figures - still risky though gla | knigel
18/2/2014 19:00 | 4screws that might be the case, however they can get caught out and will move it the way they make the most money. the stock looks oversold to me and moved today on little volume, im interested in what the results will hold, the stock has been hammered down on the working capital issues, but that's in the price so what will happen in a day or two when they release these so call above market expectation earnings | traidemark
18/2/2014 16:22 | so ask was at 9p before 30,000 sold...the price drops to 8.25, we then have a buy for 34,000, guess what price stays the same. manipulation manipulation I say again...watch the market makers just keep making a killing on next to no trades. | 4screws
18/2/2014 16:08 | I think id rather be a sucker at 8p than a sucker at 20p though I would actually buy some if it were not for the limits, you cant get very many to make a trade worth while ok for a buy and hold I suppose | traidemark
18/2/2014 16:05 | typical mm's ganmes, suck people in...raise the buy...then drop it in the late afternoon...how many succours get caught like this ise | 4screws
18/2/2014 14:58 | Yep. Or before. | traidemark
18/2/2014 14:53 | results due on the 21st | 4screws
18/2/2014 14:51 | I don't think ive seen a situation like this before results are materially higher than market expectations, yet this year has been slow so far, but the share price has fallen from 20p+ which was before we knew that we were ahead of market expectations surely in this industry the early winter months will be slow, could well be a quick 100% to be made here. | traidemark
18/2/2014 14:45 | Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR), the glass protection and security products and services specialist, announces that its final results for the year ended 30 September 2013 are now expected to be released by 21 February 2014 and are expected to be materially higher than market expectations yes we know what followed regarding the working capital issue but I think todays spike may well be an indication that cash flow is improved all it takes is one slow paying contract and you will have issues, if the work they have been doing is satisfactory then more orders will follow now to invest or not, 3 days left until results | traidemark
18/2/2014 14:26 | Yep I'm still in, unfortunately. Locked in for now. Not very happy but to be honest I will wait patiently. Good luck if you take the punt :) | derektrade33
18/2/2014 14:18 | ha ! that would be funny, you still in Derek, im thinking of a punt if the rise is substained it should easily go back to 12p | traidemark
18/2/2014 14:11 | Could be the apple or Thames deal ;) | derektrade33
18/2/2014 13:25 | suddenly there is life back to 12p unless we see news | traidemark
13/2/2014 08:33 | Expansion can only be achieved by acquiring contracts ...... They have failed miserably in this task.... Suggest that PI's hold check until contracts have been achieved.... All the rest is just distraction.... | tebbin
12/2/2014 18:42 | I actually agree with BB on this occasion - although I have been tempted to add here (my holding is not material) there is no way I will until news and then it depends on the news! We know the results are due next week so an update on working capital and whether the company will finally get a placing away may offer support. Will the director provide another loan? How this share has fallen so far so fast - expanded too quickly? Will review the accounts and compare with the interim accounts just to ascertain were the problems lie (margins/overheads/c | knigel
12/2/2014 15:41 | ive subscribed to previous placings, not had the call yet though.. of course if I did get a call, then I wouldn't be able to post | currypasty
12/2/2014 15:36 | mm,s know the placing price and are moving it down to meet it 5p would be my guess as it represents 2012 support anything above that would be hard to achieve | traidemark
12/2/2014 10:55 | they did give warning, placees tightening the screw now or its Game Over. | still waiting
12/2/2014 10:22 | Locked in. Not happy. | derektrade33
12/2/2014 10:13 | How on earth do they announce on 10 Feb that profits for year ending Sep 30 are suddenly "materially higher than market expectations" when they announced on 28 Nov that they would be in-line. That, to me, is quite bizarre. How can you suddenly "find" a material bit of extra profit when the Nov statement was already made 2 FULL months after year end? Accounting jiggery pokery? Persuade the auditors to allow some costs to be capitalised perhaps? For a c. £2.5m turnover company this is unusual in my experience! I note c. half million net current liabilities, poor H1 trading and "There is an uncertainty however in the timing of these conversions which may have an impact on the Company's short term working capital". That suggests either some orders will have to come in very quickly or they'll run out of cash - perhaps a heavily discounted fundraise on the way? All flagged months ago "the Directors believe the Company will benefit from additional capital" !!!! Ghastly!!! | britishb |
