19/6/2014 07:26 | One of those DC now owns SDS, and can now list it on Aim, and keep the money for himself... The DC's are the ones who went down with the ship, when the knew PPR were in debt to their backers, and no contracts coming in... | tebbin
05/6/2014 13:49 | what happened to all the ramping posts from the Stever45 - obviously they may of known something wasn't right - sold us a clever Thales deal ramp so they can sell out> Without sufficient additional short-term financing being obtained, or an acceptable offer being received, the Board will likely seek to issue a proposal for a Company Voluntary Arrangement within the next 6 business days. | euclid5
29/5/2014 08:08 | If an old Director knows anything about the Window Film Installation owned by PPR, he wont be putting his money into it... | tebbin
24/5/2014 13:30 | Window film installation to be sold back to an old director this week me thinks. Prob the one they bought it from. Start again... | whiteplug
22/5/2014 13:56 | so if sds has gone do we have anything left | 4screws
08/5/2014 15:30 | Going by what has happened in similar cases, the company will go into liquidation leaving shareholders with nothing . Fairly soon some of the directors will buy back any bits of the company they know is any good for a song from the administrators. They will have had their directors fees and a ring fenced executive pension. Executives 1 shareholders 0 . | nuney123
08/5/2014 14:32 | So is this going private or bust ? | buywell2
08/5/2014 14:30 | Surely the apple deal, the thales deal and Steves £200k will sort this company out and it will be a £1bn pound company in just a few months? or have I missed something here? CM. | cheshiremoggie
08/5/2014 08:33 | Good point | knigel
08/5/2014 08:25 | Charts can see the future in my opinion | buywell2
08/5/2014 08:20 | Can YOU see the future? I sold after second director resigned and no news on funding. If i was still holding i would have posted far tmore often. Lesson learnt? Tell the thread u have sold out | knigel
08/5/2014 07:59 | I suggest subtle use of the edit button is sometimes called for edit ( though I only use it for spelling mistakes) KNIGEL 12 Mar'14 - 07:21 - 342 of 390 0 0 Good news on £500k contract wins but not getting over excited as revenue for last year was over $5 million... I suspect the company wants the share price as high as possible to get a placing off the ground. I can't see a significant re-rating yet until it's clear one way or the other if new shares are to be issued and at what price... however, it's obvious there is upside here once this issue is dealt with. Perhaps we might get back over 10p today? | buywell2
06/5/2014 21:24 | When was the last time you posted on PPR then? Thankfully I do not get obsessed with any one poster - following them round the threads to see were they are posting or holding just to have a cheap dig. If you are that interested - I'll tell you the next time I'm going to the bathroom for a xxxx | knigel
06/5/2014 19:01 | I don't care what you believe. Keep stalking me and I will report you for hasslement. I SOLD OUT AFTER THE VARIOUS WARNING SIGNS - I DON'T GIVE A DAMM ABOUT YOUR OPINONS BUT FEEL SORRY FOR THOSE WHO STUCK WITH THIS DIRE MANAGEMENT (in hindsight) BTW made a fortune here buying at 6p - 10p and selling over 20p last year and this is what I do TRADE SHARES | knigel
06/5/2014 08:15 | 14/4 Sold most at 10p. My remaining holding is sitting at a loss 6/5 Sold out a while back Are we supposed to believe you, Mr Rampster Hampster???!!! Headed for zero. Just IMVHO.... | britishb
06/5/2014 07:00 | Don't think it's fair to uspend trading in a situation like this. Peeps are now locked-in. Doesn't matter to Co what share price is if they go into Admin; or to any potential bidder as the Co is desperate.... (Though confused as they previously said business was OK, but cash flow wasn't. Two separate things) Is it a case of the Co thinking, shareholders may get at least today's value and wants to protect them from blind panic? | gerhart
06/5/2014 06:43 | Sold out a while back but kept an eye on here. Not surprised - the warning signs were obvious - cannot believe how quick this company has gone pear shaped - the last results were decent. Company obviously could not get a placing together... | knigel
06/5/2014 06:41 | No I meant any shareholders on here interested. | 695hwb
06/5/2014 06:39 | Yes - a former director! Shareholders will end up with nothing while the company is cherry picked - how unusual... | knigel
06/5/2014 06:38 | Anyone here interested in buying it? | 695hwb |
