One of those DC now owns SDS,

and can now list it on Aim, and keep the money for himself...

The DC's are the ones who went down with the ship, when the knew PPR were in

debt to their backers, and no contracts coming in...

what happened to all the ramping posts from the Stever45 - obviously they may of known something wasn't right - sold us a clever Thales deal ramp so they can sell out>

Without sufficient additional short-term financing being obtained, or an acceptable offer being received, the Board will likely seek to issue a proposal for a Company Voluntary Arrangement within the next 6 business days.

If an old Director knows anything about the Window Film Installation owned by

PPR, he wont be putting his money into it...

Going by what has happened in similar cases, the company will go into liquidation leaving shareholders with nothing . Fairly soon some of the directors will buy back any bits of the company they know is any good for a song from the administrators. They will have had their directors fees and a ring fenced executive pension. Executives 1 shareholders 0 .

Surely the apple deal, the thales deal and Steves £200k will sort this company out and it will be a £1bn pound company in just a few months?

or have I missed something here?

Can YOU see the future? I sold after second director resigned and no news on funding. If i was still holding i would have posted far tmore often. Lesson learnt? Tell the thread u have sold out

I suggest subtle use of the edit button is sometimes called for

Good news on £500k contract wins but not getting over excited as revenue for last year was over $5 million... I suspect the company wants the share price as high as possible to get a placing off the ground. I can't see a significant re-rating yet until it's clear one way or the other if new shares are to be issued and at what price... however, it's obvious there is upside here once this issue is dealt with. Perhaps we might get back over 10p today?

When was the last time you posted on PPR then?
Thankfully I do not get obsessed with any one poster - following them round the threads to see were they are posting or holding just to have a cheap dig.
If you are that interested - I'll tell you the next time I'm going to the bathroom for a xxxx

Don't think it's fair to uspend trading in a situation like this. Peeps are now locked-in. Doesn't matter to Co what share price is if they go into Admin; or to any potential bidder as the Co is desperate.... (Though confused as they previously said business was OK, but cash flow wasn't. Two separate things)

Is it a case of the Co thinking, shareholders may get at least today's value and wants to protect them from blind panic?

Sold out a while back but kept an eye on here. Not surprised - the warning signs were obvious - cannot believe how quick this company has gone pear shaped - the last results were decent. Company obviously could not get a placing together...

Yes - a former director! Shareholders will end up with nothing while the company is cherry picked - how unusual...
