29/11/2013 07:19 | im sticking here.Any of you who like a gamble have a look at DOTD AND HAVE A READ | bwilder2
28/11/2013 21:26 | So no news on the Thales or Apple contracts that Stever4545 went on and on about for months on end.... perhaps he will now shut up? | knigel
28/11/2013 17:24 | It would, of course, be interesting to see if DR D thinks this is normal and also whether this means Knigel's next book is on hold.... | stever4545
28/11/2013 17:23 | We always said caution the £40M that is non factored pipeline Never was fully factored Infact neither is the £14m Always remember that if you fully factor in the P1 times the P2 times the discounted future value of the contract is the only way to really state a pipeline But all is not lost - as we state there is an assembled VC fund to put in at 8p But those shares will count parity - so you must factor in dillution | stever4545
28/11/2013 15:40 | Just bought ,happy l | megashareman
28/11/2013 15:37 | It stated and I quote 'the groups mid to long term sales pipeline remains strong and is valued at 40,000,000' the latest rns states - "Our sales pipelines are strong in all divisions and whilst we can't guarantee timescale, current indications show a total sales pipeline in excess of GBP16 million for the current financial year which gives us confidence we can meet or exceed our forecast numbers for 2014. We therefore look forward to another successful year in 2014." I'm happy with that.... | 695hwb
28/11/2013 15:22 | £40m was quoted tenders they made not real actual sales pending - it's easy to miss interpret this figure | euclid5
28/11/2013 15:17 | so are we going to follow last years chart all the way back to 6p, I have not seen many RNS that state we might try to raise funds before they announce full year results, they seem to be trying to depress the share... watch for the stampede out the door again | 4screws
28/11/2013 14:25 | I seem to remember the previous potential sales pipeline was 40m - its now 19m, is that 21m converted into actual sales? After all the companies turning a profit now. Ask yourself what they need the money for? I don't think it's a doom and gloom RNS. It may not be what you want to read but at least they are being transparent. I believe there will be another RNS, before results, with news of the 'big' contract that they need the funding for. | 695hwb
28/11/2013 12:08 | a resposible statement but the shares will now go to sleep for while no point in buying them unfortunatly | soft t
28/11/2013 11:39 | agree Knigel because if that's the case they will not be posting here | euclid5
28/11/2013 11:36 | Would u rathet just have a weasel placing dumped upon us without warning? Steves 8p figure is bs as per usual | knigel
28/11/2013 11:31 | shocking RNS, the bod should re replaced. they could easily have done tu then issued shares a lot higher up.. a bit longer in the sipp then.. | still waiting
28/11/2013 11:30 | that rns is extremely poor, poor from the perspective of the company WHY announce that you intend to raise funds months from now, all it will do is depress the sp, and then the company will not be able to raise the funds at a decent price ridiculous rns, and ive never seen one like it before | traidemark
28/11/2013 11:23 | ok so you may provide the funding at 8p in 1Q14 ? | euclid5
28/11/2013 11:15 | WOW: lucky for us the VC fund we have organised can provide the injection Also brilliant - we can do so at just 8p a share - which is brilliant value for the Steve brothers and the syndicate As well always said: the £40M pipeline was phased - and they never discounted that into the future in a model - they just added up all they had even if low certainty - and also over many years The number now, is still not discounted - even at that level But its a good punt at 8p The Steve Brothers | stever4545
28/11/2013 11:07 | RNS get buying Steve | knigel
28/11/2013 11:07 | from today's trading statement Stever - what ever happened to the Thales deal? "the Directors believe the Company will benefit from additional capital in order to accelerate organic growth and having explored such, the Directors plan to consider a possible fundraising in the first quarter of 2014, subject to market conditions and the terms being acceptable" | euclid5
26/11/2013 19:02 | remember guys that the market is just factoring in the moving costs that hit the P&L Ac Even though Chambers humped a fair bit himself there were still associated costs Your investment team are not put off by this since these are very much one off costs The Steve Brothers... | stever4545
26/11/2013 15:19 | Can you elaborate please soft t? | scyther
26/11/2013 14:49 | performing poorly | soft t
26/11/2013 11:38 | This doesn't look normal. On the brightside its a good buying opportunity if you have a spare 200k ;) | derektrade33
25/11/2013 13:29 | I thought he said he was investing £20 in some company this afternoon. | cheshiremoggie
25/11/2013 12:54 | Well Said Dr D | stever4545
25/11/2013 12:36 | Lets not upset Steve. He's about to invest £200k in our company. | derektrade33 |
