If Darwin choose to convert the second block of CLNs, then on or soon after 18-11-2015 they could exchange the clns for approx 2,777,778 shares at 3.6p ish. Also get approx 196,319 warrants, exercisable at a price of 5.09p approx.

Which is about one days trading volume so should not have much of an effect.

Tried 5 different spread betting and cfd companies now, no one does it.But I was just told they don t on 95% of aim stocks, so I don t think it's anything personal to Oxus .Roll the dice then !!!!

Last time I asked about a guaranteed stop on Oxus.
I was told IG do not do one anymore.
3 years ago I had an account with IG and back then they used to with Oxus Gold.

on the other hand, this seems like a bookie offering you a good deal because like all bookies, somebody has an inside informant. A stop loss offer is a great deal and will get ig plenty of business, and ig know they are in no danger of having to pay out. bookies never lose.

Whoever suggested a special dividend for being a long term investor on this back when share price was 60p odd, need their head examined. Anyone in on this whether 1 day or 3 years deserves same as either it's a win or a lose draw. I suppose if it's a lose you'll want to be able to dump your shares at a more favourable price than the newbies?!?! LMAO
