21/11/2015 10:29 | RAB/Darwin = Can't hold/won't hold... | 99jeremiah
21/11/2015 10:28 | Good morning John Henry Have RAB been that successful that OXS holders should be concerned about a sell by them? Interesting that Yahoo yesterday on the one hand looks at the RAB holding slightly differently though on the other does make plain the risk of holding OXS shares: Small cap Oxus Gold edged higher this morning after the firm reported that hedge fund RAB Special Situations, whose shares have fallen by 65% over the last three years, took an 8% stake in the firm last week. Oxus shareholders are awaiting the outcome of an arbitration case relating to confiscated mining assets in Uzbekistan. Oxus believes it is entitled to as much as $400m in compensation for the lost assets. However, the outcome of such cases is very hard to predict. The firm has no other assets or activities, so if the ruling goes against Oxus, the firm's shares could become worthless. My view is that careful research is vital for prospective OXS investors so DYOR! | maytrees

20/11/2015 16:38 | might cut down on the stress and the hissy fits Oxus 2015, awaiting merits and quantum - OXS riskier - 03 Nov 2015 - 17:22:49 - 27466 of 28573 Stig, I'm expecting your apology soon. You called me a 'liar', but your facts were wrong. I guess you are even now checking all my previous posts. I have been consistent, I hold 1m @ 1.6p in a SIPP with JLT, I have traded up to 450k in an Isa account with III, I no longer hold any in my ISA, I still hold 1m in my SIPP. To call someone a 'liar' is very emotive. My first port of call is ADVFN, my second is my solicitor. Your call... | the stigologist
20/11/2015 16:38 | some of you clearly need a more diversified portfolio | the stigologist
20/11/2015 16:02 | Another week passes towards the 'very near future'. My feeling is that if we don't see some action by the end of this month folk might start to lose the faith. Let's hope not. | riskier |
