Why do companies always get taken over around year-end so bidders get access to the numbers but shareholders don't? I'm looking forward to hearing what is on offer here after just about writing off the small gamble I took, buying what looked like a basket case with a very slim but potentially highly profitable upside. Balancing up the vested interests will be an interesting exercise for someone, unless they just go for a cynical rip-off as happens too often on AIM.

Of course you will.

Todays pump and dump has backfired on you big style because for once news
did come but after you had sold.

You would be all this thread like a rash is you really did have stock, you
can post 100 times a day on rubbish with no news but you've gone very quiet
again.

I firstly bought none today as I could not get any quantity, as I already mentioned I have been buying for a few months. Todays RNS is unbelievable news..

These will now Move back to double figures still capping the company at only 1.3 million.

The buyer will want the shares for next to nothing, they are buying the
debt not the ordinary shares.

The Board of Orbis plc notes the recent share price movement and announces that
the Company is in discussions which may or may not lead to an offer for the
entire issued and to be issued share capital of the Company. There is no

shareholders.

Evo are back on the offer.

Wins bidding 2.5p with next bid 1.75p so i would not be rushing to buy here.

I would imagine you will see sales the same number as the buys this morning

Note cscs are staying well out of this, pushed up their offer to 4p and
dropped their bid to 1p !
