Posted at 20/9/2007 16:09 by dangerous brian Yoda.I can fully understand why somebody wants to buy this company. If it was not for the debt and the large repayments of interest this company would be profitable and have strong cash flow, the cash flow is the one point that has kept Obs going all these years under the weight of the debt. I'm just guessing here but i reckon if the buyer pays 50 million for it he gets a business that could make 4 million+ a year + the cash flow, that would be a good deal. Still dont think they will want to give anything extra to the shareholders, when do they ever do that, at best maybe 4-5p but i think current price or less. All imho |

Posted at 21/2/2007 15:58 by mikehardman AGM +ve, bid tick upstill a deep bottom-catching opp. and when I say deep, I mean deep... :) |
Posted at 30/1/2007 11:38 by mikehardman added a few ~3p;up a bit more in its upturn; ...rather like AUK used to be even when its turnaround was evident but not widely believed... I hope to be able to sell out of OBS in a similar fashion - when spread, liquidity, perception, and share price have all improved - give it a year; a bit more volume building now (all things relative!) |
Posted at 29/1/2007 14:33 by mikehardman further buying today (following from Friday, when bid ticked up);last man on 3p now; its restructuring is largely complete, with 14dec06 finals already showing much improved cash flow, etc. (though note they were for 18 months not 12) |

Posted at 01/3/2005 13:18 by day_dreamer It's taking off on L2.Now is this a serious share shortage or what price Obs could be taken out for...remember how low the market-cap is...so despite the rise Obs is still valued at just a million. Gravy |
