10/9/2009 21:53 | you do pay a slight premium when you buy on a T10 or T20...but not so sure of such a big premium...either MM are milking from the buyer or that could be a signal/marker of where the price is heading...are MM short of stock in larger amounts?... | diku
10/9/2009 21:09 | I am not sure how it works to be honest..aren't they the same marketmarkers.. I has assumed you would have had to pay that to get the quantity wherever you got them from... | harrogate
10/9/2009 21:07 | why would you pay 25p on plus when you could pick them up cheaper on aim | drsous
10/9/2009 15:54 | Yes..someone just paid a premium on the offer...recent trading statement had a hint of a possible contract news...but just a hunch that a larger fish might be getting interested here again... | diku
10/9/2009 15:22 | Someone just paid 25p for 30,000 | harrogate
10/9/2009 15:01 | There was about 6 months ago ... but it has been difficult since OSG got into bother and the OSG shareholders not interested at this sort of price ... I think that has gone quiet .. | harrogate
10/9/2009 14:46 | harrogate...I am aware of it and have looked at the trades going through the Plus market recently...thanks anyway...any bigger US companies interested in taking over OSG?... | diku
10/9/2009 10:15 | I am not sure if you know but some trading on this is now on Plus ... as with all AIM shares. You can get it in your monitor with the ticker OSG.GB ... I think it has already broken out!! I think we are back to where we were before the bank threat and future progress will have to be based on trading performance ..especially some evidence that they are generating cash since they were utilising a good chunk of the facility they have...too much for my liking. The JV they have usually does well in a year with a Microsoft launch ...so maybe some upside from Windows7?? | harrogate
10/9/2009 09:48 | this is breaking out... | diku
09/9/2009 16:02 | buyers coming here.. | diku
28/8/2009 13:09 | Only WINS showing on level 2 at 19p, then its up to over 20p to buy. Long time since we have been able to say that. I think you are right harrogate, the danger here was that the company wasn't going to get through the banking problems and that has been reflected in the price. Still a long way to go but looking more promising. | seahorseleisure
28/8/2009 12:27 | and what might that be?... still wonder the comments from the AGM were a hint of a contract in the pipline but not signed yet... | diku
28/8/2009 12:26 | There must be some volume to show through... I think that now they seem to have removed the banking issues they have time to get themselves sorted and if sales pick up the cost savings/rationalisat | harrogate
28/8/2009 12:11 | Nice movement up today although not much volume. HOpefully the company has straightened itself out and we can get back towards my (very high) buy price! | seahorseleisure
26/8/2009 12:10 | AGM today...possiblity of contract news soon..from below... "We believe that the steps we have taken and the pipeline of new business we are pursuing should have a significant impact on our performance in the second half of the current year." | diku
26/8/2009 11:40 | is this looking for a break out... | diku
18/8/2009 22:12 | Interesting?? | bibs
18/8/2009 16:05 | H Sincerely,Best of luck! | cestnous
18/8/2009 15:09 | it could even be a bid approach!!...don't rule that out... | diku
18/8/2009 14:49 | I am not suggesting you buy or recommending them to you... It is you that comes on here and suggests everytime it moves that it is some insider trading scam!! All I am saying is that shares sometimes move without it being insider trading. For what it is worth I happen to think it is a bit of a delayed reaction to the fact that they renewed the bank facilities and didn't break any covenants ... before that they were about 18p. The buying has not been that heavy - 100,000 shares yesterday was only £13k - could have been a director buy or the share trust to get enough for the new LTIS shares they might need to award - as always time will tell !!!! | harrogate
18/8/2009 14:42 | Without wanting to be alkward, would you care to tell me what it is? Could it be an mm manipulation on very low volume prior to a placing? Could it be something that could be anticipated from info. currently in the public domain? If none of the above, then biggest likelyhood is insider trading which happens constantly. But it could be any of the above so unless you beleive the IC comment a couple of weeks back that it was a speculative buy ( the REASON being that it was cheap), I see no point in taking a chance. There are less risky things around at the moment. | cestnous
18/8/2009 13:44 | Maybe the people buying see a reason that you don't ... doesn't make it insider trading does it? | harrogate
18/8/2009 13:26 | The REASON the shareprice is going up is because people are buying the shares. Why are they buying the shares? Who cares! ;o) | the last supper
18/8/2009 12:40 | Don't buy without a reason. The fact that other people are buying is not a reason. | cestnous
18/8/2009 09:14 | Why not buy some yourself then and make some money as well ? | harrogate |
