19/12/2012 14:08 | Nice looking JV and shopping centre acquisition alongside PIMCO. JV already up on the price onbtained in the NRR secondary placing. | strollingmolby
13/12/2012 15:14 | This suggests that there is plenty of mileage over the next few years in NRR's business model. Small is the new big as Britain's supermarkets go for growth Supermarkets are hungrier than ever before for new stores, research has found. Tesco and J Sainsbury, Britain's largest quoted grocers, have both scaled back their expansion programmes in Britain but the number of new stores planned by the whole industry is at a record level - bigger than the existing estates of Tesco and Waitrose combined..........A boom in the number of convenience stores is partly behind the rise, with Britain's 5 largest grocers all focusing on smaller store formats in recent years as supermarkets respond to Britain's stringent planning laws and shoppers' increasing preference to buy smaller amounts of food, more often. 25/11/2012 23:14 | I must admit the yield here is looking attractive and I like the high tenancy rates most recently reported. However, I do have a couple of remuneration concerns if anyone who has followed the company for some time might answer. Does anyone know on what basis the directors were paid a bonus in the most recent year (£125k each from memory without re-opening the Rpt & Accts)? Presumably not for the placing and acquisition, and subsequent uplift in earnings and dividend. And would you consider the £1.5m four directors took home as excessive? Many thanks, SM | strollingmolby
22/11/2012 09:42 | I see the company has been tipped in cityconfidential today - www.cityconfidential | sharetips

05/10/2012 16:38 | Well I have picked up a nice block at £1.83 so someone wanted out as the mid was £1.85...The yield is nearly 9% going forward so unless there is major distress to the portfolio this should find a bottom soon. | davidosh
