29/5/2012 21:40 | Results looked pretty robust - this bunch seem to know what they are doing and so, whilst not without risk, there is a good chance of geared returns if they buy at the right price. | topvest
16/3/2012 15:52 | Decided to dip my toe in for a few here. Management have a good record, so worth supporting at a reasonable price. | topvest

25/9/2007 09:31 | It changed its name to Equatorial Biofuels (EBF) when it acquired some licences to grow pine oil for biofuels in Liberia. It got suspended at that time pending completion and was de-listed because it was suspended for 6 months. As far as I am aware they are still working with the Liberian government to finalise matters. | monkeyboy4

19/10/2006 17:34 | Nardina Resources Plc ('Nardina' or 'the Company') Change of Name to Equatorial Biofuels Plc Nardina has convened an EGM for 10am on 8 November 2006, at 30 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4HJ, to seek shareholder approval to change the name of the Company from 'Nardina Resources plc' to 'Equatorial Biofuels plc' to reflect its new focus. On 21 August 2006, the Company announced the proposed acquisition (the 'Acquisition') of Liberian Forest Products Inc, which holds management agreements and permits covering an extensive land holding in Liberia with commercial agricultural potential, particularly for the cultivation of oil palms. The Company proposes to develop a large scale, vertically integrated oil palm and biofuels project (the 'Project') centered on these permits. Due diligence on the Project is ongoing and a further announcement will be made in due course when due diligence has been completed. The change of name is intended to reflect the strategic focus in relation to the Project and the Directors propose to effect this name change prior to, and to preserve the name pending, completion of the Acquisition. Shareholders should note that, notwithstanding the proposed change of name of the Company to 'Equatorial Biofuels plc', the existing share certificates of the Company will continue to be valid for trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc. Accordingly, the Company will not undertake a recall of existing share certificates from the Shareholders and the share certificates will continue to be good evidence of title. Once the proposed change of name of the Company becomes effective, any new share certificates will be issued in the new name of 'Equatorial Biofuels plc'. | bene449
