20/9/2024 09:48 | Am very hacked off over the retail offering but for once a big capital raise has actually improved the share price so have to call it evens | nickrl
19/9/2024 18:14 | The Directors & co chucking in nearly a collective £400k in the placing is a very good sign. I too was slightly disappointed at the lightning fast retail offer. I only had £900 to spare, but even that seems to have been scaled back to £800 worth. Regardless, as a Cal holder i'll get some more. Nrr is my largest holding, but i'll still be holding for some time. The deal looks good and against a backdrop of lower interest rates I can see this hitting £1 again over the next 18 months. There may be a buying opportunity on the way if CAL holders cash in, possibly back to the 70's for a short while. Good luck all. | bdbd11
19/9/2024 16:34 | Not such a raw deal... you could have picked it up at pretty much that price on open market today.Quick pick up of placement shares would be from indexers who have to buy FTSE350 which it will move into following merge | dartboard1
19/9/2024 16:29 | I received a Corporate Action notification email from II at 17.00 0n 18 Sep. Went on line shortly after to find there were no details and it was closed. Looking in ADVFN I see the RNS for the offer at 80p to retail investors was issued at 16.45 and the offer would close at 18.00. The balance presumably being picked up by Corporate Investors?? As some have said - a pretty raw deal for retail investors. | coachsailor
19/9/2024 15:23 | Some shareholders are more equal than others. | gbjbaanb
19/9/2024 14:50 | A disappointing outcome re the allocation for retail investors. Leaves a sour taste. | lcwanderer
19/9/2024 14:43 | Message from HL: Despite the issuer having authority to issue up to £6.7m worth of stock to Retail Investors, unfortuantely on this occassion the total allocation to retail investors was approximately £400,000. This was at the discretion of the Issuer and their advisors, not Hargreaves Lansdown. For further information please contact the NewRiver REIT Investor Relations Team. We have been in contact with the Issuer's advisors to express our disappointment with the allocation policy. We will continue to actively engage with issuers, investment banks and advisors to encourage fair treatment for Retail Investors for these types of offers. | rasti
19/9/2024 08:33 | I feel diluted but that usually comes with a drop in share price. How do the mechanics work here. Do I have to wait for new share admission for the fall, but then if that's going to happen why would there be so much demand to buy at 80p. Trying to mull it over without having looked in detail, so chime in anyone who understands where you stand if you didn't subscribe last night.I guess dilution would happen if they issue new shares and get no accretive earnings. But they're buying new ebitda with the issue yeah? | dartboard1
19/9/2024 08:22 | When was this published? The RNS came out at 16.46 and it was closed at 20.00 on the same day? | feddie
19/9/2024 07:35 | Getting the new shares away at 80p looks to be a decent move. Hopefully, the share price can make progress with this successful fund raising and acquisition out of the way. | lord gnome
18/9/2024 19:55 | Just tried on ii and its already closed!! | nickrl
18/9/2024 18:16 | Sensible also to provide a Retail Offer as well as the normal Placing. Worth applying if funds are available? Though requires an instant decision! | grahamburn
18/9/2024 17:07 | Looks like they're buying it ... not an outrageous premium compared to price prior to bid announcement ... and lower than it's been over last month | dartboard1
07/8/2024 14:27 | another 24 years and I'll have broken even on this! :-) | novision
05/8/2024 22:25 | Weve been waiting an update on Grays for years! | nickrl
05/8/2024 13:09 | Yep. This is a great 5 year buy and hold and reinvest the divi situations. Hoping for an update on Greys in the next few months... | dartboard1
05/8/2024 07:23 | Decent enough update. Things appear to be going well and the future looks promising. Nothing of concern and happy to hold. | lord gnome
29/7/2024 10:52 | Slowly grinding its way north. Next stop 85 looking at the chart. | lord gnome
04/7/2024 19:01 | Interesting sell off Elindi are a really good operator The addressable market as mentioned above is wider town regeneration than simply failing shopping centres | williamcooper104
04/7/2024 13:45 | Indeed it is ex div today. Thank you. My bad for not knowing. | lord gnome
04/7/2024 13:41 | Ex dividend maybe | shauney2
04/7/2024 13:17 | Market is clearly unimpressed. Were they expecting some other news? | lord gnome
04/7/2024 12:56 | Probably huge, think of all those councils eager to get their shopping centre management off the books and outsourced. | gbjbaanb
04/7/2024 10:22 | Website shows 7 in the finance/accounting team. They should all be prepping up their CVs ... | dartboard1
04/7/2024 10:13 | Staff cost will be net of the 1m income. And guessing they will do away with some of the support functions. Sounds like they do town centre redevelopment also so not limited to shopping centres. | dartboard1 |
