Seems to have hit a bear phase recently. Frustrating is all I can say but I may add on weakness. Can't seem to get them at the offer price of 2.1p quoted today.

Does anyone else find it strange that this is down close to 10% on a small net sale of about £2.5k of stock.. That values the company at about £25k not £9.73 million...

Not far off 2.25p at the moment. If they restructure and sell the electronics side to concentrate on saftell business then 3p plus is instant IMO.

Looks a decent buy at this level especially with such strong cash levels in the balance sheet. Need to sort out the electronics division though. Safetell looks like what they should focus on primarily and perhaps sell on the electronics side for someone else to focus on.

Yield looks safe while sitting on them. Should now attract some income seeking/recovery type institutional funds.

they were in early June. HH are big backers of management teams, and they have been let down, so I'd be very surprised if they weren't trying to get shot of the lot.

They must all be on holiday! The profit warning was an overreaction and still look cheap for long term growth, 5% dividend yield looks good too!

Anyone contacted Wexboy who is on a mission to get NWT's management to take action in regard of the IT divisions continuing under performance. If enough holders support him we could get traction and maybe even a lift in the share price VGLTA

Thanks, they are maintaining the dividend at the same rate, though, so can't be that bad? Drop in share price totally disproportionate IMHO. A lot of AUK's business is in Europe, think most of NWT's though is here in the UK, unless anyone knows better?

Precipitous fall in share price (now 1.75, minus 30%+),since I last looked, for a company that appears in good health? Any explanations anyone? Are we looking at pending poor results, Brexit affected like AUK?

Just topped up again.Good yield and investment in technology and overseas sales offices will come good in time,aided by low pound.Strong balance sheet and cash position gives security.
