Can't get live buy prices for more than 5000 and that's at full ask. No problem getting quote to sell ~ 100k @ 2.785. Hopefully indicative that share price will recover this mornings drop soon.

Figures weren't that bad, especially as NWT had clearly trailed likely drop.

It's interesting to look at today;s results, which we already knew were going to be disappointing, and still get a valuation of close to twice where we now are.

2016 net profit forecast at 1.22m but wouldn't want to be out of them as agree re takeover.

Well FWIW, I don’t plan to sell any before (and if ever…) it hits 6pps. This would still only value NWT at just over £28m – and when you consider that they made £2.27m on sales of almost £20m this year – this looks about right given time.

And I think it will take time to get there – a couple of years or more probably. We already know that the current year won’t be as good and investors often aren’t the most trusting and patient of people on the planet!

But bear in mind that NWT also has NAV of £13.6m, net working capital of £4.5m, and NTAV of £4.8m – so if we can pencil in pre-tax profits of £3m in a couple of years’ time on increased sales as Grosvenor Technology in particular benefits from burgeoning markets, then 6pps / £28m looks entirely do-able to me.

Indeed, there are many, many companies out there already pricing in greater optimism on far more flimsy foundations. I also take great comfort in the fact that the people in control of what’s happening own 12.6%.

Of course, it may simply get taken out first – but even that would surely have to be at c.5pps?

Given 0.20p EPS guidance for full year 2016 and PE range over the last couple of years I would not be surprised to see this gently decline towards 2-2.4p until there is news to reverse it. Just a thought.

Pos. a 600k surplus of sells to shift,then we will see progress..
gl all those buying today,and previously the last 5 days..
another good day Monday will see us into positive territory once again,
unless we get another 500k as a late buy.kepp the faith,
this can be a little gem with at least 4.5p stamped all over it...

My disappointment in such a fall from its heights,I kept to myself,but having taken some today,feels like the bottom line through from last February, makes this the next base area,onwards and upwards we hope...gla
