That has sent the share price soaring......well, actually no trades and no price change so far, but it's early in the day!

I do feel this one is very undervalued but it is well under the radar at the moment and, at a market cap of £14m, probably has some growing to do before the market takes notice.

The FD is not someone known for buying shares in the company and only had these options in the money from 1.5p so he has not made a huge gain. Director buys and sells and what they indicate are the focus of one of our Mello workshops....and is just one part of investing that we will be focussing on at our next Mello event. We will have over fifty workshops for investors to look at different strategies and tax efficient ways to invest...



If you are keen on small caps and quality companies where you will be able to meet the directors then you should come to this Mello investor workshops event as we will have at least 30 coming to Peterborough and we have just released the first list ......

I have invited the Newmark directors to join us there. Why not join us too ?

I only wish I had held onto my aht shares from 17p...we live and learn,also my shareclubs I sold off cheaply..bahhhh.he had loads of these I know.

At least they weren't just sold out of the blue - he had no shares, was given 3m shares 10 days ago, and has now sold them.

It's not great that he doesn't hold any shares but somebody must've been willing to take them off his hands at 2.9p.

The news will probably cause some more selling though.

Doesn't send the best signal to the market does it? On the other hand maybe he needed £87,000 and maybe an institution has taken them as a way of building a stake without moving the price?

I'm very much hoping this one doesn't go pear shaped as the fundamentals look fantastic and it seems significantly undervalued by the market.

New research from Edison. Est PAT for this year is £2.2m, with eps of 0.49p (or fully diluted 0.44p.) At the current bid of 3.2p, or market cap of ~ £14m this remains very good value, with underlying cash of >£2m at 1H.

Foolishly I consider that to come under the 'Exercise of Options' bit of the title. If he'd then sold part or all of the share i'd consider that Directors Dealings :-)

The shares have been placed on behalf of various members of the Reid family and associates thereof ("Reid Family"), to help satisfy continuing institutional demand (the 'Placing')."

Hope this will help liquidity and stimulate interest in the company but with a market cap of only £13m I think it will be some time before we are on the radar of most instis.

The market feeds off information.The share price and trading in the shares really picked up subsequent to the interim results in January and the interview with Ms Dwek.I am sure that a more regular newsflow would help the forward momentum of these,in my opinion,undervalued shares.e.g.New distributors in the far east,contracts or similar?

This is just creeping in to overbought on the relative strength (14), lovely company. I thought briefly about locking in some profit as met my target price, but have re-evaluated and now expect to hold on for 1-bag, and more!

Newmark upside potential
Analysts at Cannacord Genuity have slapped a 4.5p target price on micro cap Newmark Security (NWT:AIM), implying 76% upside if they are right. Chief executive Marie-Claire Dwek plans to grow Newmark’s Grosvenor access security product division by expanding marketing to small to medium-sized enterprises and export customers.

the Peer group Cantor highlight trade on PEs of 15x. they put digital barriers in there for some reason (it is a totally different company) which brings the average down. 15x for this years EPS would get us 7.5p.
