20/3/2015 07:23 | I can't seem to see the Director Dealing bit of todays RNS? | cockerhoop
17/3/2015 12:33 | Pretty much 50% of the holding of the estates of the late Alex and Mrs G Reid. | cockerhoop
17/3/2015 12:13 | "Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, is pleased to announce that Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has placed 65,595,283 existing ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 14.56% of Newmark's issued share capital, with new and existing institutional investors at 2.6p per share. The shares have been placed on behalf of various members of the Reid family and associates thereof ("Reid Family"), to help satisfy continuing institutional demand (the 'Placing')." Hope this will help liquidity and stimulate interest in the company but with a market cap of only £13m I think it will be some time before we are on the radar of most instis. | impvesta
17/3/2015 11:42 | Will be interesting to see who's picked up the shares. 2.55 seems a great price for new buyers! | sladdjo
17/3/2015 10:23 | No surprises in large sales, must say they came sooner than expected | lillyman
10/3/2015 08:51 | The market feeds off information. The share price and trading in the shares really picked up subsequent to the interim results in January and the interview with Ms Dwek.I am sure that a more regular newsflow would help the forward momentum of these,in my opinion, undervalued shares.e.g.New distributors in the far east, contracts or similar? | mjcferguson
20/2/2015 14:00 | Hatto hasn't posted on the Ashtead thread either for a while now - I asked but no response from the regulars. | a77
15/2/2015 23:52 | Does Hatto,still post and hold these? | abergele
15/2/2015 22:28 | This is just creeping in to overbought on the relative strength (14), lovely company. I thought briefly about locking in some profit as met my target price, but have re-evaluated and now expect to hold on for 1-bag, and more! | floatupstream
12/2/2015 22:04 | Shares Mag: Newmark upside potential Analysts at Cannacord Genuity have slapped a 4.5p target price on micro cap Newmark Security (NWT:AIM), implying 76% upside if they are right. Chief executive Marie-Claire Dwek plans to grow Newmark’s Grosvenor access security product division by expanding marketing to small to medium-sized enterprises and export customers. | aishah
12/2/2015 16:24 | up about 50% in the last week and still barely any coverage. | oregano
12/2/2015 11:37 | the Peer group Cantor highlight trade on PEs of 15x. they put digital barriers in there for some reason (it is a totally different company) which brings the average down. 15x for this years EPS would get us 7.5p. | oregano
11/2/2015 15:44 | looks like they read my post of the 30th of Jan!! still 50% upside to go. | oregano
11/2/2015 11:49 | Seems a modest target in view of recent info. | mjcferguson
11/2/2015 10:18 | Cantor Fitzgerald reiterate BUY with 4.5p target | aishah
09/2/2015 15:37 | that was my key takeaway from the interview. Good they can afford to make those investments. Grosvenor has provided lower growth, but is the more exciting side of the business. | oregano
09/2/2015 14:16 | Interesting to watch the interview.Sounds like a lot of developments overseas in the offing together with a pretty healthy pipeline of orders.Big expectations from new Abu Dhabi distributor and Marie Clare of to Hong kong shortly. Must make sense where there has been big R&D investment to also invest in selling the product to as wide a market as possible. All enabled by strong balance sheet and cashflow. | mjcferguson
02/2/2015 13:37 | 4p+ later in the year imo. | someuwin
02/2/2015 12:01 | nice follow through today. a comment or two in a tip sheet and this highly illiquid stock will be looking at 3p in the rear view mirror. | oregano
02/2/2015 10:43 | Still scope for these to double based on these stunning interims. The investment in r&d and marketing is slowly starting to bring results with further increase in sales to come in US and other new markets . | mjcferguson
01/2/2015 17:22 | Hopefully no more impairments will be booked. | russman
30/1/2015 12:18 | I said this on twitter 29/12/2014. Chuffed lol GrindertraderUK: My penny share tip of the year. #NWT | grindertrader
30/1/2015 10:51 | Very impressive! | someuwin
30/1/2015 10:32 | So to continue my monologue, free cashflow of £1.4m in H1. Assume they do 50% of that in H2 (that is very conservative given their delayed service renewals and post period payments), fcf of £2.1m. @ 2.4p the EV is £8.8m. That is a fcf yield of 24%. Quite unbelievable. a more normal valuation of 10% would value the shares at 5.1. So split the difference with the Pe / fcf approach 4.5p. I can see why there is some profit taking going on but this is still very cheap. | oregano
30/1/2015 09:44 | they are never bullish in the outlook statement, but the rhetoric for each division is way more positive than previous years. plus now a clean p&l post the write offs. no reason this should not trade on 10x which gives you 4p. a free cash flow yield of 18% on H1 alone, and H2 cashflow will be good given the comment on debtors being paid and the service contracts being renewed. | oregano |
