18/9/2015 09:00 | Interesting little company with a medium/long term outlook. Michael. | michaelmouse
18/9/2015 07:59 | Nice chunky contract for Workforce Management, signs perhaps that the Grosvenor side of the business is picking up. | cockerhoop
10/9/2015 09:33 | A nice 100k buy just gone through, we are above the major mda's, and we just need to pass the 3.6p marker and we are in clear blue, and from there???...gla.. edit, and now a 100k sell, to me this looks like someone was having to close a 100k ,hence he opened a 100k buy firstly. imho,, just guessing. and yet another 100k ,,is this the 300k rollie man I wonder. Even so the price moves up from the 7/9/15 | abergele

10/8/2015 16:46 | Mid-late 4s were looking bloated anyway so not surprised by heavy correction for current year profit forecast. If share price falls to 3-3.2 sort of levels seen for last 12mths bar spike I'll buy a few more. | rollthedice
10/8/2015 16:34 | They forecast 2016 £1.40m, 2017 £2.26m. | rndm355
10/8/2015 14:43 | that is a shocker. this is going to fall through 3p. | oregano
10/8/2015 13:26 | Edison Research has forecast profits to fall to £1.4m this year with earnings per share of 0.27p. At the current price of 3.45p this makes the prospective pe ratio 13. | biggest bill
10/8/2015 09:56 | Fair enough for the market to show some caution given the expectation of reduced profit this year but if they execute plans over next 2-3 years we should be in great shape. I top-sliced at 4.6 because it was over 20% of my portfolio at that time. | rndm355
10/8/2015 09:46 | I sold out of NWT at opening this morning. I had held this for around a year and have taken 110% profit from it. The final results were excellent as stated from posters above. Revenue had grown 19.20%, Pre-Tax profits a magnificent 150%. Net cash increased to £3.95m. Cash Generative and I calculated a FCF per share of 0.74 (includes Capitalised development expenditure of £1.09m). This still well in excess of earnings 0.48p giving a PE around 7. So why did I sell? Well I have rules for my investing and when applied to penny stocks/ micro caps I strictly adhere to. With revenues and profits to be lower current year, (which on profits is hardly surprising giving the excellent increase past year) This is a sell signal for me. Knowing when to take profit is important and I cannot complain at 110% profit. For the long term buy and hold investor this story isn't finished for NWT and is still currently 'cheap' on valuation. good luck! | grindertrader
10/8/2015 09:17 | If my maths is correct, for share price @ 3.85, Pe now = 8, Divi = 2.6% with Net cash of 3.95m So just bought some more. | ted1066
10/8/2015 09:09 | or take the view that 4.8p was not the right price to start with. NWT has very volatile profits dependant on large contracts, which is has never attracted a high multiple. Don't forget there is one more large placing around the corner which will keep a lid on the share price. | oregano
10/8/2015 09:05 | Seems like an overreaction from the markets IMO this morning. You can look at this with a 6 month view and sell or take a long term 3 to 5 year view and hold. My inclination is towards the later. This is a blip today but the long term prospects on growth, income and value all look good to me. | jimbobjames2002
10/8/2015 08:47 | I agree with all of that mjcferguson. I think we may get the profits glitch which Ken Fisher speaks of in his Super Stocks book. | impvesta
10/8/2015 08:33 | Great result for the year and very impressive cash flow. This is a very technical business where sales need to be negotiated in detail and therefore take some time to materialise. To move the business forward they do therefore need to invest in the sales side and I am pleased to see them do that even though that will impact on the 2016 results before the benefits start to come through hopefully the next year. In the meantime the company has a very strong cash position which should ensure payment of dividends in future. | mjcferguson
10/8/2015 08:28 | Morning jamielein. Yes, I sold out too this morning. I like the company but expect the market to focus on the caution for next year's profits, rather than this year's good results. My sale has also been interpreted as a buy (Sharescope level 2). I will continue to monitor this one with a view to possibly getting back in again in future, but, who knows, of course. Good luck to remaining holders. Impvesta | impvesta
10/8/2015 08:10 | I decided to sell at 4.4p this morning after such a good run, and expectations of lower profits this year. It was probably a mistake given the share price rise immediately after my sale! (Some of the trades at 4.4p were sells this morning as I was quoted 4.4p to sell when the spread was 4.3p - 4.4p) Good luck to all holders, although I'd rather the share price does nothing for a while before rising for all of you, because that would make me feel better about my sale! | jamielein
10/8/2015 07:18 | Results out this morning: Solid increases in turnover, eps, net cash, dividends but more cautious about the current year: "Overall, we believe that the profits of the Group in the current year will be lower than that for the year ended 30 April 2015 whilst we build up new markets and products from which the benefits will be seen in the following year and beyond. The Board remains optimistic about the future with various opportunities in the pipeline and accordingly has increased the proposed dividend for the year by one third." | impvesta
05/8/2015 14:48 | Thank you for the information. Lets hope for a decent report. | approach3
05/8/2015 13:14 | The results are nearly always this first week of August and when I last asked they said this week or next Monday but not Friday. So a 50% chance tomorrow morning or relax until Monday.... I have asked for a results presentation or conference call to be available for private investors but that may be in the last week of August early September when everyone at NWT is back from holidays. | davidosh
05/8/2015 12:26 | Does anyone know when this years Final Results are due. In the past these has been in the 1st week of August. | approach3
