boobly, I phoned them and they never got back and haven't tried again yet which is not comforting and hope they are not doing it to secure more fees for themselves!!

It`s almost two months since I spoke to the nominated advisors and liquidators .
They were encouraging and "Hopeful" at that stage , that a buyer had shown some interest in purchasing the business , and may have been involved in the disposal .
IIRC , A price between 14 and 15p was mentioned . The administrator was very open and happy to talk .
Tel : [phone] I think .
Since the ...Zilch ....and I haven`t been back to them .
we must be getting `Warm` by now !

Lombiff :......Hi , I ommitted to say above , that I `Think` the business + Techs , will attract a buyer . That`s why it should all be resolved at about 15p within about six weeks .
So you should be able to put a down payment on a little Turkey (just like the one we invested in !) which will be ready in time for Thanksgiving this year .
May we all be Thankfull for small mercies !

Evenin' all

My reading was about another six weeks (late July) for a preliminary payout, I guess 12p or so, then up to 12-18 months for final payout after final HMRC review of tax liabilities etc. I'll be nice to get a few quid back in time to buy the turkey for Christmas 2011 !!

Shareholders should I`m told :

Expect another five to six weeks .
Expect around 15p in Total .
Expect zero for the Science .
( Assuming NO claims on the subsiduary companies , which seeems likely .)

Well it always takes longer than people might hope for but I cannot see it taking 18 months, I hope that is does not for all who have their funds invested here.

Just reading the FAQs on the NPH site:

How long will the liquidation process take?

The final payment is normally made after tax clearance from HM Revenue & Customs has been received and all other matters (including the elimination of the subsidiary companies) have been finalised. This is estimated to take up to 18 months.
