Must say I wouldn't normally believe in those codes, but I bought some VAST last week and it was quite interesting that they had a '1' share go through during the day on two occasions and the next day there was news. Not saying it will happen here of course.

Chinese New Year = 28th January in 2017. So thats down-time up to the start of March. AFC deadline (Tranche A repayment) 10th May as I recall and if extended goes from X1.5 to X2.0 repayment terms (probably same for other director/shareholder loan). AFC Tranche B dependent on JDA closure... Looks like soon to be between a rock (SEP) and a hard place (AFC)...

JDA has been signed for nearly a year! It's just the conditions that need meeting for it to become effective. But these conditions have been close to complete for most of the year :-/

True that and it will be interesting to see when there'll be some movement, pretty sure that before any news is released, the share price will have already been going places. This is AIM after all ;-)
