Once the JDA's signed, it will be one of the biggest deals of its kind ever seen on AIM. Worth sticking around for IMHO

I've heard that everything is still on track. Just a hell of a lot of admin.

It could slip into the next Q, but the finish line is in sight.

I'm just worried that many will throw their toys out the pram if there's no news this quarter. I wouldn't blame them either.

I suppose these shares should come with a patience disclaimer, but surely the board must have something report unless they've been burned by the Mozambique sun.

Yes, it's struggling to hold the attention of stale bulls.

Still just as confident that they will sign this off. It's just a matter of time.

Pity, it all looked a bit better for a day and a half with our 50k buyer.

Two sells and those limits are turned upside down.

Meanwhile, news would be nice.

Interesting limits today, for the moment at least, max. 75k buy at 5.47p and can sell 200k at 5.12p.

Ah yes, AIM and Moz. I held KMR briefly in 2001.

My interest is purely academic now. I am interested in how Mozambique develops as I have also held other Moz shares in the past. There is that element of a 'slow car crash' about most Moz AIM companies, which makes it hard to look away completely...

KatyLied, are you still holding here or have you bailed, understandably, out of sheer boredom?

Yes, but you could have said the same thing 'ready to roll' back in January and also well before that. The BoD seem to have an uncanny knack of discovering needed stuff, they still haven't yet completed. The EDM agreement expired months ago. I'm not sure they have ever announced a new one? (I don't follow as much as I used to). Fact is, SEP have done deals elsewhere and this project is peanuts for them. If I had to guess, I would suggest the most likely problem now is Mozambique's appalling debt situation, with major lenders/investors staying at arms length, until the forensic audit is published (early next year), the Gov comes clean on historical corruption and the IMF signs it off. All that has unfolded and escalated since January this year, so may be the constant 'theme' that has impacted the BoD's (take a deep breath) 'deadlines'...

From what I read on LSE and ProActive it seemed like we were ready to roll here. All documents and agreements pretty much finalised. Perhaps we do need the NHS to sort out SEP :/

Yup, the NHS waiting list is probably quicker! :-D

It does seem more painful actually to get this JDA signed then to 'transition' by the looks of it...

I'm ok but thanks anyway! More interested in the Mozambique Power Station tbh

Tell the'Transformation' clinic then where he took his lady boy

Not that I am any expert about this, but the word is 'transition'
not 'transformation'. You may be thinking of fictional vehicles
that 'transform' into robots...
