Thanks riddlerone. Yes it looks as though margins will improve in Netherlands and Gibraltar, and revenue growth has been impressive. So a combination of the two does make this look like a company with potential.

I have held this for a few months now and am very pleased with the performance. However I am concerned that the valuation is now a bit ahead of itself, especially on a P/E basis.

Balance sheet still very strong though.

The key is whether it can get its margins back to 2008 and 2009 levels. I am unable to find any information for those years, e.g. annual reports. Was anyone a holder back then? Or does anyone have any information on how they achieved such high margins, and whether those margins are likely to reoccur?

100,000 trade at 27p ,price on screen does not mean much. imho.

Well not the final claim amount that has been accounted for but nevertheless a step in the right direction.I hope that by paying out this means that it isnt a case of negligence by the company and there were circumstances beyond their control.It would be nice to have some more news on the court cases as this has gone on for far too long for all parties.

HE: Agreed. I have been checking but not sure if any Health and Safety penalties/litigation still outstanding as well as the insurance.

The company faces charges over alleged breaches of health and safety legislation.

The case, which has been adjourned numerous times, is back before the Magistrates Court next week but a date has yet to be set for a hearing.

Very glad I sold most of my holding at end of October as the chart here looks sick as a dog. Remaining holding down >40% + in a year where small caps have otherwise gone great guns.

Ref my previous post - profit warning and now sub 30p. I hold a small amount still (long term holder) and will continue to see how this plays out as potentially a chance to add at much lower price.

Chart looking decidedly sick here - potential to drop back to 30p or less but lets see. Given the hugely buoyant small cap market this year its amazing how the share price at NGR has been help back by the underlying Gibraltar issues etc.

.. just pleased that I sold several weeks ago out of sheer frustration.. share price never seemed able to hold it's gains. Chart starting to look quite ugly.

Breaking back DOWN - Bad news leaking - poss re insurance claim being finally rejected ?? or poor trading ? No recent new contact news ?? or just stale holders redeploying funds.

Hopefully the latter (as not a large volume traded ) but one can never tell in this market which seems to have more leaking holes than a .......

Thoughts ?

Hi Norbert,Go on to their website then you can get the presentation.Its 17 minutes long but well worth watching.It makes you remember why you originally invested in the company and the great potential it could have.

Well a nice opportunity for the future.It will require funding but if they pull their socks up then that may be covered by profit.Wasnt overly impressed by the results but its Ok . The big problem still and the thing that will keep holding the share price back is the 9 charges as reported that they will have to answer to next year when the case finally gets to court.If they lose they will surely face Civil Cases for compensation.The date is set for February but noticeably that was excluded from any info that the company has given so far.
