19/12/2014 13:38 | Interesting price action - Looks to be some volume buying at 11.25p (or could it be shorters closing ?) Whatever it is looks to be significantly below ntav of some 17p ( guestimated adjusted down to guess potentail losses from Refs ntav quoted at 19p per 2013 accounts.) Edited:at 2:30pm _ From late marks almost looks like an Institution has decided to bite the bullet and unload at any price. Views ? | pugugly
19/12/2014 08:04 | riddlerone, totally agree, yet more pain, management need to get it together,or someone sensible needs to take this out,and manage the business properly. | condom2

19/12/2014 07:18 | Some seriously poor money management.I have seen a copy of their own nomad's estimates for this year and they were showing around 1m profit. That means they were estimating a one and a half million profit for this half year that is now going to be a 500k loss!!!.They also fail to mention about the outstanding civil case that must be brewing because of last weeks court rulings.Very dissapointed to say the least and this morning i think we are in for some pain | riddlerone
15/12/2014 07:29 | The only people who will do well out of this are the lawyers. | condom2
15/12/2014 06:56 | I would hope NGR are covered by insurance for any lawsuits for the family affected. | horndean eagle

12/12/2014 07:31 | Well as I suspected due to this ruling looks like the family are going to submit a lawsuit against us(last paragraph) hxxp://www.europasur | riddlerone
10/12/2014 18:38 | An awful story, no-one should lose their loved ones to industrial accidents. However, I suspect, the non-compliance is probably down to the paperwork trail more than working practices, resulting in NGbeing unable to justify safe procedures. Lets hope it does not happen again | pj 1
10/12/2014 18:01 | If that is the end then its been a long time coming and as you say 40k is neither here nor there. My concern is if the family of the unfortunate welder take heart by the amount of convictions and are advised they can make a successful negligence claim.Would be nice to know which elements were thrown out | riddlerone
10/12/2014 17:41 | Don't think it reads that badly. Fine of circa £40k neither here nor there. Hopefully be the end of the sorry matter for all parties concerned. | horndean eagle
10/12/2014 17:11 | Well this sucks Nature Port Reception Facilities’ convicted of five counts of breaching health and safety legislation hxxp://www.gbc.gi/ne | riddlerone
04/12/2014 14:31 | Analyst view 10 sept 'Following the rebuilding commencing shortly of the tank storage and post agreement regarding re-establishing processing facilities, Nature will commence operation of a reception and storage facility for MARPOL waste in Gibraltar. Nature plans to add treatment at a later stage. Reflecting industry and legislative approval of the service levels achieved, Nature Group shall also receive wastewater collected in numerous other port locations in the Atlantic and Mediterranean.' | buffetteer
01/12/2014 18:55 | Judgement been delayed until next week. | horndean eagle
01/12/2014 14:06 | Thats for storage and not for treatment which is a separate operators licence | riddlerone
01/12/2014 09:30 | They have permission to build it and thats what they're doing as stated in the interims. Our Maritime Division has suffered as a result of the delay to the rebuilding of our Gibraltar operations, but this project has now started after final approval by the Gibraltar authorities in April 2014. | buffetteer
01/12/2014 09:13 | I understand what you are saying Buffetteer but if found guilty then firstly the next round of claims come in and secondly the media have a field day and public opinion in Gibraltar is back to where we were 2/3 years ago.To reopen the treatment plant(not just storage) which is a major driver of profits for 2016 onwards they have to get the public on their side to justify the granting of the licence. | riddlerone
01/12/2014 08:46 | My understanding is all costs against Nature will will covered by the insurance company. | buffetteer
01/12/2014 08:28 | Thanks, Like you can't find anything, | condom2
01/12/2014 08:09 | I have looked everywhere over the weekend and nothing. The judgement must have been postponed surely | riddlerone
01/12/2014 07:59 | Has anyone seen news on the court case ??? | condom2
24/11/2014 08:32 | Yes , the more the main markets go up the greater the struggle to find things to short .shorting on Aim has been ideal, and compliance has had a major hand in this as well. I agree with you on NGR.This company has been through so much pain, and it may have done nothing wrong. Stand by your beds for Friday !!! | condom2
24/11/2014 08:13 | The problem is its so easy to short any stock on AIM.Any good spread betting account will cover all stocks irrelevant of size.Long term i think NGR are a solid bet especially at these levels however it could weaken leading up to the result of this overdue resolution of these proceedings | riddlerone
24/11/2014 07:58 | THANKS riddlezone, directors buying over last few weeks was also encouraging when aim market has been shorted to death !!!! | condom2
24/11/2014 07:13 | Well this is interesting.Surely our units fit the remit | riddlerone |
