17/1/2013 08:41 | I have noticed someone buying approx 3000 shares on a regular basis of late, just enough not to increase the price........until today , up 3p at 15% | dgwinterbottom
20/12/2012 14:32 | The other part of same story. | norbert colon
20/12/2012 09:50 | Sadly it looks like this is set to roll for a long time yet. What i find more worrying is this piece at the end of the article "The same story also quoted from a trading update issued by Nature Group to the London Stock Exchange on Monday, in which the company stated that it had renewed its port operator's licence following the explosion. The Gibraltar Port Authority has pointed out this statement is incorrect". Are they saying the whole statement is incorrect or that the licence hasnt been renewed? | riddlerone
12/12/2012 15:00 | 07-12-12 press release from website - some progress | leoboy
11/12/2012 08:56 | Horndean Eagle - Thanks for that I do agree to some extent in what you say, especially since their Compact Treatment Units could have considerable potential once there reputation gains traction and they do seem to be getting about ie S.America, N.Sea, Norweigan Oil Field etc. However this is not the first time as you say Nature Group have disappointed and they will have to rebuild the confidence of existing investors before we see any advance in the sp!! | dgwinterbottom
10/12/2012 16:01 | I found out earlier that WH Ireland downgraded NGR today on the back of their results. I also reckon investors are a little bit skitty at the moment but should result in such a drop in share price... Might be my chance as the stock bottoms out. Tricky one really! Anyone? Saw the article here by the way: | major clanger
10/12/2012 15:53 | NGR have disappointed the market a couple of times now. Contract orders have slipped and we have had a few cost overruns as well now. What I will say is the directors have not been shy about buying very aggressively in the market. They wouldn't have done that had they thought they were not going to meet forecasts. I am willing to give management the benefit of the doubt. They have lots of contract leads which have slipped for one reason or another. I would hope most of those get signed early next year. Gibraltar licence to operate was renewed which is good news. They undertook a tour of the Rotterdam facilities for Gibraltan officials last month. This trip went quite well and will hopefully lead to treatment in Gibraltar starting again next year. | horndean eagle
10/12/2012 13:55 | It also explains why the dividend was suspended at the interim results stage. | dgwinterbottom
10/12/2012 13:52 | A bit more information at the time would have helped, one can only say that such news followed by todays announcement certainly made it look that way. Have to say looking back Nature Group always appears to be the golden tomorrow | dgwinterbottom
10/12/2012 13:21 | HE:_ Could it possibly be that the ill health was brough on by problems with insurance - trading and cash flow ??? | pugugly
10/12/2012 13:10 | Chairman walked because of ill health rather than anything sinister. Still very supportive of the company. Wouldn't be surprised if he back in the market buying up more stock. | horndean eagle
10/12/2012 12:45 | Thanks for the heads up guys.......now explained why the Chairman walked!! | dgwinterbottom
10/12/2012 11:44 | I am seriously starting to think that i am cursed. First Take a tip, please dont listen to me. First Tricorn, now NGR - am waiting for the 3rd one now....happy Xmas to all !! | norbert colon

10/12/2012 07:49 | We saw the smoke, now we see the fire. | simon gordon
28/11/2012 17:56 | Especially given the fact he became Chairman only a little more than 12 months ago!! | dgwinterbottom
28/11/2012 17:42 | Yes, in a normal transition he would bow out at the next AGM. As a smoke signal it looks negative. | simon gordon
28/11/2012 17:37 | Yeah I am wondering what is behind that, seems a somehwhat abrupt departure! | dgwinterbottom
28/11/2012 17:24 | Any views on the departure of the Executive Chairman two weeks ago, is this a negative or a positive? | simon gordon
