Twitter hashtag $MTFBWhatever you think of Twitter it reaches a wide audience.I've noticed increased coverage in the last day or so particularly from the US on the hashtag $MTFB.My point is the stock is gaining coverage amongst the Twitter stock/share trading audience. This should impact positively on interest in the stock and therefore drive Nasdaq trading and the share price.

Closed down 19.9% on Nasdaq - not a good sign but usual practice of selling shares and keeping warrants from placing.

Invesco Asset Management have placed the majority of the $25 million in this company stock. One has to hope that there are, as outlined in several posts on this bulletin board, $25 million reasons to do so.

Not that surprising given they state in the RNS that they will be back for more to complete the trials. Guess they raised as much as they could. It will settle.

I have now received my contract note, there was some scale back (around 12%) which I didn't spot at first. I have checked with the broker and this was across the board, so that seems to bode well for the future.

On a tech level these are a screaming buy or at least heading that way but I just can't bring myself to buy back in given the US IPO saga. Good luck to all who hold.

I've just done a quick calculation to see what the warrants are worth using the Black Scholes method (see inputs and output below)

The spreadsheet for this can be accessed here



For the risk free interest rate, I used 1% (which maybe a bit low). For the volatility variable, I used the standard deviation (expressed as a %) of the weekly closing prices since the IPO in April 2015 which can be accessed here:



Using those inputs, fair value for each warrant is around 4.2p

It also says closing of the placing will be 23rd Nov and shares including ADR component will be listed on AIM on 23rd Nov too though.
