Blame lies with GL/BOD, US IPO was complete and utter show of incompetence. Hopefully the science will see you guys win through.

That's true as long as they can sell the warrant

Pat, US price though is likely discounting c2.5p per share for the tradeable warrants at present.

So we should be closer to 27p perhaps with a market not so weighted in warrants.

So does the rise in MTFB on the Nasdaq not reflect on a rise tomorrow on our MTFB
or does it not work like that ?

Clear as mud for me all this warrant business ?

Kenya - the warrants are quoted at 1:00-1:50 so huge spread on the Nasdaq.

MTFBW are the Nasdaq warrants.

Give you some real leverage if things get going.

Anyone know if the European warrants are trading?

I agree with you all
I was just stating that any sellers at 27p the other day were happy to cut 3 pct to make substantially more on the warrant..cant blame them!!
we are only 24p cos stock went into loose hands in states and cos there were so many warrants issued
im told the warrants trade at 4p but cos i have no interest in buying the warrant i havent looked into it
i think we have 2 weeks of indigestion from the US then we should begin to climb back upto 30p

Are the warrants tradeable on the NASDAQ list or here by any chance?

Asked my broker and the clueless tw@t is still getting back to me.

It would cost you >£2K to get 50K ord share warrants at the current quoted price price ($1.14/ADR warrant).

Fair value for each ord share warrant is around 3.4p

Therefore fair value for an ADR warrant is 68p ($0.75 or thereabouts)

Couldn't you just buy the warrants instread

exatly k that's what im saying.

I think some will take a loss now to get the warrant, and it may take a while to clear them, but most would just wait for a better price to do it.

would it be worth a 20%hit to get the warrant?

at some stage these flippers will stop selling at a loss.

I wouldn't bother crystalising more than a 10%hit to get the warrant.

Pat, they do not get it.

I am in that boat but more patient, clearly at some stage between now and the 'event' of no return I will be able to sell the placing shares at higher than 28p and have a risk free exposure.
