RNS needed to show European Placing done today before Nasdaq IMO. Hopefully a positive uptake will change the course of the share price later.

Surely Invesco taking c40% of ADRs is highly positive and reduces liquidity. Be very interesting to see price action on NASDAQ although can't figure out if they start trading today or 23rd November?

THe funding is all on nasdaq none on aim.. The down side is some have sold their aim shares to buy the European placing for the warrants so it has impacted on aim price.. its actually cheaper to buy on open market after shard fees but the warrant is the carrot

500% below paratek mcap now with mtfb £44m fully diluted. Paratek $295 million = £237mil GBP

I went for a few in the placing, but I'm still waiting for confirmation that I've been filled, the attraction of the warrants thrown in did it for me.

For the record, I had to commit before 17.00 last night and that was without knowing the placing price, all I was told was that it was likely to be somewhere around 30p. The new shares will not be EIS qualifying (unlike the shares in the IPO) which is a shame

29 trades .think they will take as low as they can maybe test all time low today to get this placing away cheap as soon as funded this will be a big buy

Yes alphapig its called an ipo on nasdaq which incorporates a european placing... all for funding and none of it on aim..

This is going to bounce hard when done imo. 400% undervalued compared to identical company on nasdaq paratek.
