23/11/2016 16:01 | yes some may do this but id have thought most would think theyd be able to get out higher than this nearer to results anyway so wont take the loss now. comprend? | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 16:01 | Am I the only one on this board that doesn't "get it"? Anyone? | vatnabrekk
23/11/2016 15:59 | BlueIt's a tiny premium!!I would lose 1k to get 50k shares at 32p which could easily get me 30k profit!!Comprendo? | patviera
23/11/2016 15:57 | a dandy idea and unless the individual thinks the stock will go higher than 32 to benefit from the warrant, theres no point taking part and paying for the right with an upfront loss.. if they think the price will go higher than 32, and want risk free access to that upside afterwards, id have thought theyd be confident enough to hold the placing stock until they can sell that at a profit too. otherwise I doubt many would bother. so what im saying is there has to be a floor on the upfront loss they would be willing to take for the benefit of getting the warrant,if they just want to flip out immedietly. 10,20% or if it was anymore I doubt anyone would risk it. in which case soon the price should rise once the 10%loss takers have done this. | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 15:57 | GuysCos this is binary Cos the upside is hugeCos we have a 75pct chance of successI would lose a penny all day long to own some warrants!!Do you get it??!! | patviera
23/11/2016 15:26 | BB/Runway, The theory is you perhaps suffer a 10% loss but then have risk free exposure to this via the warrants. If the next phase is successful and thereafter you have no capital tied up or leverage liability and you have a free ride on the upside via the warrants costing you 32p. Personally I am in no rush and will only look to sell my placing shares at a profit, if it takes a while so be it, however given it held a £67m mcap without funding and at a point further away from the trial completion next year I cannot see staying at these levels for a while. | keya5000
23/11/2016 15:25 | pat are you sure you get it? | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 15:21 | Why the hell would you do that and liquidate a loss to gain right to buy shares at 33% premium to current price? They were also selling at c24p not 27p and you only get 1 warrant per 2 shares. So pay 56p for 2 shares in placing and sell for 48p to get right to buy 1 share for 32p that you can buy in market for 25p... | blueblood
23/11/2016 15:12 | unless they thought theyd get a higher price id doubt theyd even bother buying for the warrant. they could buy ,sell them at a loss ,and then end up with a warrant worth little .i doubt many would bother . | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 15:08 | No blueblood it's notI would buy millions of shares at 28 and cut at 27p to get that warrant Not sure you are quite getting it | patviera
23/11/2016 15:07 | RunwayCos u may not get itIrrelevant..I'm saying investors are happy to buy for the warrant ..simple | patviera
23/11/2016 14:29 | Up to $5.95 in premarket on NASDAQ c6.5% rise | blueblood
23/11/2016 13:12 | Ridiculous as effectively moving warrant break even to c40p! Very bad trading.... | blueblood
23/11/2016 12:35 | why not cut at a higher price to get the warrant? | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 12:34 | Blue bloodIt's not bad trading I would cut to get a v valuable warrantAnd yes the ADR is tradingCmon mate wake up | patviera
23/11/2016 11:47 | sonnews Two shares in the IPO cost 56p (28p x 2) If sold at 24p each (48p) gives a loss of 8p. Exercise price per Warrant is 32.2p, which means the share price has to be 40.2p just to break even (8p plus 32.2p). As IIs aren't charitable foundations, it appears unlikely that Warrants will be exercised before the price is above 60p...time will tell. | runwaypaul
23/11/2016 09:05 | Pat take it you don't read the fine detail in RNSs then. The US placing was expected to close on 23rd and the shares relating to ADRs ie 48m shares admitted to trading on AIM today. Great trading buying ADRs for c$7 and then selling them at c$5.5 less than day later | blueblood
23/11/2016 08:53 | thanks Ive read the Beaufort note but I don't tend to follow brokers dreams as such. what would be the point of listing this on the NASDAQ if they wernt confident of success, because this would just immedietly crash and burn and theyd have no chance of raising over there anyway? does listing there ,and there wanting to do so, indicate they expect positive results and thus being able to raise afterwards over there? | loveandmoney1
23/11/2016 08:31 | 1pound The market for us will he yugeYes it's binary but upside is massiveRead the research,I think one broker is on 140p but not sure what after recent placing | patviera
23/11/2016 08:27 | whats a realistic price here in Q2 here if the trial is a success? | loveandmoney1
22/11/2016 20:06 | Blue bloodAre you being serious?Firstly some are happy to cut as they have warrants!!Secondly some people can't afford to take the losses and biught for a stag!!ADR is trading!! | patviera
22/11/2016 19:52 | What I don't get is why there is US selling given the ADRs don't get listed until tomorrow and you are selling at loss to placing price! | blueblood
22/11/2016 17:40 | U backing me runway??!!Just US selling ..once dries up these will blaze | patviera
