There are quite a few Warrants around exercisable at 32p which could have a bit of a drag effect, I wonder if there is a clause attached to them, which can force holders to exercise them if the share price reaches and maintains a certain level, if there was that could potentially sort out any future funding issue.

Excerpt from Maccers note...

Motif is listen on the Nasdaq. The closest peers to Motif, who have antibiotics in late phase 3, are x5 or more the Mcap. Companies who have just had good Phase 3 readouts are over x10 the mcap. There is a massive value disconnect anyway just at the current share price pre results. FINNCAP target is 125p

Investors should be extremely pleased that they met the primary, although it would have been even better if Iclaprim had shown superiority on one or more of the secondaries (that would have been like winning the lottery).

This bit from this morning's announcement is extremely important:

"Unlike current standard of care antibiotics, in clinical trials to date, nephrotoxicity has not been observed with iclaprim and dosage adjustment has not been required in renally impaired patients. It is estimated that up to 26% of the 3.6 million ABSSSI patients hospitalised annually in the U.S. have kidney disease."

The important thing now is to find just a bit more cash (preferably a loan at a favourable rate) to finish of the the second study

IMO there is a strong chance we will see 50% upside before REVIVE-1 results are published in the next 4-5 weeks. Thereafter dependent on these results we could be over 100p or back to the 20's again!
