23/9/2009 15:38 | I thik the UBS downgrade may be something to do with it I sold out of MAB recently (I fear that they may be contemplating a rights issue) and reinvested most of the proceeds in Marstons (MARS) who have just had a rights issue, so shouldn't need another one. | timbo003

26/6/2009 18:31 | Bought a few as things could get exciting over the next cpl of days. But I do have a little gripe with the Co Our local is a Sizzling pub but loads of regulars have stopped going in. No hats, no track suits (next generation gym 250yards away.if they can afford gym they can afford meals etc). Last time we was in (2 families)we spent over £70 only to be refused a drink at 8.45pm. Go down the road to a Town Pub and it's heaving from 12 noon till 11pm, 2 hr wait for food last nite. They should remember every penny counts. | unimog

Investors just look at Punch SP; this will implode and the bondholders will have to then sell off in pieces | history man
13/6/2009 22:20 | They should focus and run the business, look to do a rights issue or offer more shares and pay down the borrowed debt to cover the hedge. Above all work to translate extra sales to the bottom line!!!!!!!!!!! | history man |
