correct Piperpeter AKA corrupt Pl, what you elected to omit in your brave assumptions, they only hold water if provided that the corruption allegations under active investigation wont come to bite the entire structure you just constructed in the heel and real hard . a very generous assumption indeed...we wont have to wait long now...

it is amazing that the executive board is putting their head on the block for PL. he must have paid them privately outside of PPC and others, real well, to agree on this treacherous and possibly reputationally fatal ride.

lets see what will happen with the judicial extradition request from the US on former president and current criminal senor cartez . This is the same president that is in cahoots with Piperpeter AKA corrupt PL, he is also the one that signed away the assets in Paraguay with corrupt transfer to PL. the USA designated anti corruption czar is now in Paraguay dealing with these issues. lets see what brave PL will do. will he run to Russia or....

Piperpeter AKA corrupt PL Russian partners will be his undoing. Pl is a Russian implant in the UK distributing Russian corruption style of business. Paraguay was a classic start. needs to be ejected back to his buddies putin and rogozin

precisely. Piperpeter AKA corrupt PL. Inherently Corrupt Pl is trying to use this restructuring maneuver to distance himself from the Paraguayan assets acquired under corruption. Nice try but wont work. The corruption acts committed by PL are attributed to PL personally and the criminal penalties associated with such are personnel as well. So despite this herculean effort of trying to hide the crime by divesting of Paraguayan assets ,it only makes it worse by having further liability of trying to hide the crime. the steel wheels of justice grind slow but they grind exceedingly fine.. PL is no exception

PP - Good effort, lets hope you're right.... and our costs are less than US$1.5m including interest. Over the years, whenever any of us have tried to forecast figures we have generally been miles out as there's always something gone wrong in the background that they haven't told us.

I’m not looking for the Triche wells to be up and running normally given the new technology being applied. I would hope that there is an uplift on numbers previously attained.

Surely must be getting close to knowing more about what exactly will reside within the Company's Green House division.

RNS 25 July 2022.

"The move of Green House into the strategically important Lithium market is a first step. We believe that by the end of this year there will be other prospective projects coming under the Green House division.

President (now MEN) will capitalize on this experience and create more such opportunities within the broader alternative energy economy".

PP - We don't even know how much O&G we are producing from our current assets let alone new projects....we do know it is 60% more than it was in January, but we don't know what it was in January. How on earth are we or potential new investors expected to do any meaningful calculations to see if it is worthwhile investing.

Pp, did we ever really know the Salta production in Jan. Looking back at the RNS these wells apparently weren't all on line in that month, either still cleaning up and or completion of drilling (see Feb RNS). For the Company to say 70% increase from Jan production tells us what exactly? Also in earlier RNS I though there had been no disruption to operations from the fire. Then they say something completely different. The company has lost my trust, and most likely that of the market.

The bond issue and CAPEX (that all contributes to debt) would be fine if overall production increased. From what I can see there is a significant overall decline. How will the Company repay its current debt of $30m ish. Just answer that question Pp.

potential legal snafus related to corruption can have a significant effect on stock price. especially with the newly appointed anti corruption czar from the US government on his way to Paraguay now.
