No oil production business can survive with this kind of business model. I presume the terms and conditions of the 2015 Paraguay deal have been fully complied with? Suggest you look that up. I have kept a spreadsheet with them since Feb 2020, the last ones that I have are May 22. Unless I have missed them (I took a longer break in the summer) then PP hasn't put them on here.
