As far as I can see, IF men makes a profit, then it could pay dividends to foreign investors without any Argentinian tax. Is this correct? If yes, I want to see a plan to reach dividend payment. If not, I want to see a plan for selling our Argentinian company in a way which would allow us to get our money out of that country. I am sick and tired of staring at huge paper losses here. (Real ones, if I sell.)

New name, corporate image and diversification will hopefully mean we all get something out of Molecular energies PLC.
Only loan interest can be taken out of Argentina currently.

Yes, thx for the new thread. Sorry to be so poorly informed, can you please explain the deferred shares to me? Not that I hold atm, I got out a few months ago at a small loss, wanting to see if there's an entry point for me again, when the dust has settled.

Partly OT - Interesting to note that Centerra Gold have had some success with the Kyrgyz Republic agencies in recent weeks and have received the full approval of their 2014 mining plan, also separately Stans Energy have had some good news recently that the Arbitration Court at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry has made a "final binding ruling" on its dispute with the Kyrgyz Republic's government,.....IMHO that would appear to be heading towards a negotiated settlement


Perhaps Mentum's/Tengri's timing was not so far out after all?........GL S
