re nelson01..the banks are going bankrupt.they will disappear.some will reinvent themselves as digital curreny companies. its time to sell property..i can see at least a 50% drop in property prices.which make them fair value then

re frog.the great reset..is on its way.physical gold, bitcoin, and jlp is where my money is..fiat money is being phased out as i type.banks will be let to go bankrupt this time around.fiat debt will be wiped out. a fresh start in digital currencys is upon us.the old system is to broken to fix.

i agree frog but at my age i'm happy to consider low [!] risk low returns.
i'm not far from 80 now so it's really about preserving as much as i can for the family

I dislike cash ade, I have some for a rainy day and my company is OK for cash but you need to make your money work for you.

i'm 40% cash and half of that is in my sipp
the sovereign debt crisis concerns me, with so much cash, although most analysts think that central banks won't let the crisis happen.
i tried property and hated it. being a landlord can be so distressing.

Ade .,.."can't trust banks" ..? I think the major UK retail banks are safe enough as they are not exposed to the leveraged madness that caused the 2008 crash. You won't earn anything on the cash there though ....

SB. The overriding decision not to sell for me is that I would not know where else to put the cash. I do need to get a grip and sort out some targets but every time I think of reducing , the share price increases again!

I've mostly kept adding for the last few years, with some few sells to take a profit along the way, now I have more than I ever have. It keeps me up at night as well!

So, assuming we all agree that JLP has a very strong future....what is the next JLP with this potential? ;) And if you can't think of one....selling seems a rather odd activity unless, as ade says, its keeping you awake. However, interested in views on other value opportunities with a similar potential to JLP.

It was adejuks 400k that knocked the bid down, the MM's did that yesterday to try and gain more sells, then quickly took the share price back up.
