20/9/2016 13:27 | shame the holdings RNS wasnt released during trading hours yesterday, it might have had a bigger impact still, slowly moving up | mister md
20/9/2016 10:46 | I imagine AH will get by. He must be fairly well-connected by now. Am more concerned about my own depleted mattress than anything else to be frank. Anyway, fingers crossed that this isn't another false dawn. | stdyeddy
20/9/2016 09:53 | Aye eddy certainly gives the glimmer of recovery but why has it arrived at this ? AH brought in the digital reformation did the sad work of redundancies had the rights issue and now ! The share price will recover as my mattresses will but AH is doomed, I'm sure he's looking but where will he find some thing as lucrative and not much of a shareholding to take advantage of.Any way I'm pleased. | dazzaa
20/9/2016 09:43 | Corporate action ahead I think; the meeting was unsuccessful and so AC have decided to force the pace. Expect more chunky buying and the share price to rise. Bargain rating here despite the borrowings. | philjeans
20/9/2016 09:22 | Seeing CA dive in is making me feel a lot more optimistic about this dazz. I think we're heading back up in a meaningful way. Finally. | stdyeddy
20/9/2016 07:10 | Alternatively IF they obtain 10 per cent they can request an EGM, to try and force value. Suspect there are more RNS's to follow from CA - much more volume to be accounted for. Two million bought crossed on the 16th. Not heard anything from the meeting in the public domain. Either good news buying equity before and since the meeting - happy what is in the pipeline for JPR shareholder value. Suspect that is trading without the information in the public domain - insider? Perhaps more likely IMO obtaining 10 per cent to force an EGM and Shareholder value that way. Both positive for the share price certainly. | mattab
19/9/2016 15:21 | Good news coming and pure blue sky overhead. | philjeans
19/9/2016 13:00 | it's woken up again ;) | mister md
19/9/2016 09:24 | A lot of buying here and on ISDX, with game changing news imminent not surprised, this will be many times this M/C soon. | bckttsim
19/9/2016 09:05 | London stock exchange website shows PE ratio 4.7Pre tax profit per share 2.75pOperating margin 9.15%Net gearing 56% (nearly 300% in 2013)Looks worthy of considering as a recovery play at these levels. | phil1969
19/9/2016 09:05 | Turnaround news imminent | bckttsim
19/9/2016 08:46 | Advfn says PE ratio of 1.3 ROFL | netcurtains
17/9/2016 18:58 | Hi relshriz, First time I've heard anyone suggest a 'tag team' where one member is positive on a stock and the other negative.... FWLIW paulypilot appears to have bought (in his s'pedia 'fantasy fund') around £ 40 K's worth of JPR at 10p or so in mid August. All grist to the rumour mill ! ATB | extrader
17/9/2016 18:31 | So pilot says its worth nothing as he's been saying for years and yet he's been buying stock at 11p !! LoL ! | catswhiskas
15/9/2016 22:28 | I reckon that is where the volume has gone - asking for an audience without much ammo - bad business practice - so we shall see - 3.3 percent in comparison with other II would not cut much ice - only a not moron would get coverage for that - so IMO and short term we will know volume is where something is happening as always good or bad. Suggest it is good and why the media attention? At least the MM will have to stop taking this down on little volume in the absence of news | mattab
15/9/2016 19:48 | Its all that spotty kids fault on the AT joystick firmly glued in the down position. We need to know where the shares have gone to hopefully crystal amber then the spotty kid will ram the joystick into the accelerate north position.Get rid of that Ashley guy that would add 10p to the share price the guys about as much use as a chocolate fire guard absolutely clueless. | catswhiskas
15/9/2016 19:24 | I did have a feeling MM in the absence of news would take this further down possibly punishing for that lack of news easy to do as a MM. It needs an RNS - news to show prove any kind of direction - day low and looking at the trades does it justify that? No IMO. But felt it - and knew - at least a springboard to move up with the right news which should be imminent - low volume today and circa 10 percent down - look at the volume of buys and the and the second day of automatic trades moving the BID down and massive spread certainly yesterday - RNS's where are they? Last three days massive volume prior to this - have to report soon - direction and MM can not play this tomorrow - or will they? Need to know the volume transferred to those who can make a difference | mattab
15/9/2016 13:37 | Just looking into the 'I' newspaper.... Circulation approx. 300,000 per day. Cost 50p. revenue £150,000 per day 6 days per week ie £950,000.00 per week T/o £46,800,000 per annum Add to that JPRs ability to roll out to an enlarged audience. Whats not to like? Looks pretty good to me. | ianio5691
15/9/2016 11:02 | Lanio - think they have the money from the IOM. Agree with your post - but a virtual absence of news since Interims - I just hope a decent BID comes to fruition then the MM can play no more games price of which will move to X level assuming a cash bid and that's it. Massive volume where are the RNS? Of last three days. Would not surprise me at all due to much lower volume today if some massive trades are reported later - be better get them at a steady cheap price for their mates lol. | mattab
15/9/2016 10:23 | And as if by magic 6 AT trade sells appear.... Are we being monitored??? It would appear someone is trying to control the action here. Buy and hold. | ianio5691
15/9/2016 10:02 | A lot quieter this morning... AT trades still buying though. Lets see where we are:- 100m shares in issue. current mid price 13p MCap £13M Current assets £75m Curren liabilities £56m Cash in bank £40m Net profit £11m pa P/e ratio 1.3 The elephant in the room is the debt/bonds _£200m approx. - expiry date 2019. These can currently be bought for 75% of face value - which the co is considering. value of these therefore currently £150m. Most companies have debt.... is it in danger of a breach - no, are we paying the interest - yes. Just paid £24m for the I newspaper. Expected circulation TBC, but huge roll out potential, plus the revenue has to be confirmed, but potentially big. Sale of IOM still TBC? Sale of other assets TBC Major ii just had a meeting with the top brass - no signs of any ii selling...so positive? House broker issues a BUY rec with a 160p target. Most other brokers have BUY recs with avg of 85p target. Massively oversold for a profitable business. We then have a relief rally with huge volume, and the co releases a speeding ticket stating no known reason for price increase - HOWEVER, the Group continues to actively explore opportunities for the disposal of further assets. These discussions continue to progress satisfactorily. Further announcements will be made as appropriate. Someone has started to accumulate in a big way - look at the volume in the past 3 days. MM's were playing a lot of mind games yesterday, by delaying the reporting of a lot of big trades, then marking the price down, they then looked like sells....look at the times they were traded, you can see they were actually buys. Classic mind games to spook nervy PI's while the sells are then mopped up. Someone is buying though, in a big way. This is going to skyrocket IMO Follow the money.... Strong BUY | ianio5691 |
