It's difficult trying to keep up on all the various hur boards......

I do believe however that the Lancaster results are going to flabbergast everyone, imvho.

:)

Lancaster alone....

Consider lincoln and the following asset drilling....

I did a few posts back listing the contingent reserves per asset...

$2 per barrel on Lancaster.......if I thought for 1 minute that this is the level of the ambitions of this company and its directors then I will sell my whole hur portfolio

Totally... might even be a special divi upon asset sales.... imo they could get usd2b on lancaster subject to post eps and fdp and cpr. Thats c75p/sh. Im sure they'd divi min 10p/sh on that. .... meanwhile continue proving up lincoln warwick etc etc and look for new acreage..

Leeson, I think it's a great strategy - prove up the theory enough to quantify reserves, sell and move on.

Reference the above hissy fit. I am prepared to be corrected on this, but my general understanding is that information is either in the public domain and can be discussed freely or it is inside information which it is illegal to use for profit.
So which sort is being disputed? If it's in the public domain, then say what it was. Names of contacts are not required. If it's inside information then don't say anything and don't take advantage of it. simples.

Cashcard. Yes thats my view too from the interview. .. i think rayrac would be referring to well down the road in full production and share price like 4quid. Imo trice will sell the assets post eps and with the cash buy the next set of permits and continue the business model of explo...... which is why i think the share price will run very hard in next leg.....

Cheers

I note WH Ireland are more interested in knowing how far the oil-down-to is. The pilot well completion RNS mentions they were detecting mobile oil with a gravity similar to Lancasters oil at 1646m. There seems to be alot of info being held back by the company.Anyone know the full depth of the well?Cash

Long way to go for all on this one. Just have a look at Tullow and its huge debt it is only just starting to clear. It's all very well finding black gold in large amounts, but it requires large amounts of cash to reach the end of the road.

Tullow have debts of around $3billion I believe!

I hold the shares btw, just not looking at it short term, say 2 years or there's a outs.👉ӿ99;2️⃣🙏🏽

Terry,

Just spent 4 hours on our wonderful gridlocked roads- Message from TD, basically saying the same thing- I was only applying for 10k extra! i have some in a StockTrade SIPP too- I bet they say the same thing. Anyone know what StockTrade`s position is?

Thanks for the post above- i`ll leave it there too- No offence meant LTinvestor but you did ask! :)

That was a pleasant surprise.

Just phoned HSBC to take up the open offer in my Investment account but also hold in my HSBC ISA account. Have no cash available in my ISA account and fully subscribed for this year so was maybe looking to sell something to take up the open offer.

Was informed i can take up my open offer entitlement from my ISA account, transfer to my Investment account and payment comes from the Investment account.

Win, win.

LT - no probs, and I have no beef with you at all. To be honest I'd prefer the board to remain tight in terms of discussion of what facts we can all access / share, but that's personal preference. By and large this is a good board, not full of excessive ramping / deramping that is the absolute scourge of other shares.

Suggest we just move on...

I have just asked for 200,000 excess shares on top of the risible OO I can definitely secure. What are my chances, eh? :)

LT - with all due respect: NB I know has been around the block, and he, and, when it comes down to it, myself, have seen a number of people down the years claiming to 'know' stuff that they won't reveal on the boards, but which is stuff that is 'good for shareholders'; and that turned out to be hokum.

I'm not suggesting that's the case with yourself, but those kinds of posts do put some people's backs up, and quite understandably in my judgement.

It's great if you do know something really positive, and that should hopefully reinforce your personal feelings about the investment - but there's not much point making a statement of inside knowledge on these boards unless you can elucidate.

No offence, just trying to give my view on why feelings can run high on this kind of thing.
