Result of General Meeting

Haydale (AIM:HAYD), the global technology solutions group, is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The number of votes lodged by proxy for and against each of the resolutions proposed, and the number of votes withheld, were as follows:
