Well I guess I got my answer with this mornings statement saying withdrawn from AIM.

Presume share certificate to have nil value.

Do I need to do anything to be able to use this loss against a future CG? Would I be right in saying that my invoices and a copy of statement would be sufficient?

To all the ex-Basers and any newcomers holding shares, I'm saddened to read about STEC and wish you well.

It is sad, but I think we may be close to the end of the road.

Cuts promised in policing and defence does not bode well for Shieldtech.

Also current bid/mid/offer stands at 2.0/2.5/3.0
Halifax will sell as many as you like at 2.15 but won't buy at any price.

Looks to me like the end is in sight. DYOR etc.

There's a rumour going round that these will be taken out at circa 7p per share

There was a very interesting article on BBC Midlands news at 1.30pm today.
Midlands police forces are pressing the government to provide knife-proof
vests for all of their officers.

Could this be good for STEC?

Hi facere2,

Warm and well fed, for the moment. Waiting for the next dip on STEC.

Stec should produce armour to guard investors against its own presence.

When a share turns blue

You have to wonder why

I only have a few as the online trade was restricted.Anyway, you can see why this is back in favour. It was priced to fail, but financing now resolved.Growth market....turnover growing rapidly...MOD contract recently won, value undisclosed...police force preferred tenderer...fd last bought at 25p,I think.A lot to buoy up the share price.dyor

Gosh, I wish I owned some of this exciting share. Is it time? Is it time?
