Is the Sergi Potash Project some sort of 'related party transaction', given that it appears to have been passed from Kmine (Bancor Mineração) (May 2009) > to Talon Metals
> to Rio Verde Minerals Development Corporation > to B&A Mineração (B&A FERTILIZER LIMITED) > then returned back to Kmine > then on to Harvest Minerals (April 2015)?

The mine site tenement (831.275/2010) extended license for 2 years from 28.04.15. So I think it is that tenement research license that expires this April 28th, rather than the 'user guide' ......but the 'user guide' is not valid from then most likely because of the tenement research license expiry on the same day. imo only

Name of the plot is Saint Bartholomew Farm according to SICAR. I wonder who owns the actual farm 23km off to the left ? I suppose they are very common names. Just seems like the owner is getting 4 acres of land graded for free ? - imo

Book building for a placing is also a possibility, IMO, most are done at a discount these days.

Orr it could be people are becoming restless of waiting for news and investing some of their profits elsewhere.

HMI have had these kind of daily drops before, I don't think it means a placing is coming. More like PI's getting fed up and selling. I think the patient holders will do well here.
