05/2/2017 16:41 | YP, why don't you ask the doctor if he can fix your broken theory of a placing? Lol | kryptonsnake
05/2/2017 16:38 | Haha, I'm not flying off but the share price might fly off pretty soon! | kryptonsnake
05/2/2017 15:28 | YP, Dr. M H? I thought HMI were running a farm not a doctors surgery. That reminds me, have you and kreature cleaned out the pig pens yet? | kryptonsnake

04/2/2017 22:36 | Everyone else is talking in riddles! I got two strong arms Blessings of Babylon Time to carry on and try For sins and false alarms So to America the brave Wise men save Near a tree by a river There's a hole in the ground Where an old man of Aran Goes around and around And his mind is a beacon In the veil of the night For a strange kind of fashion There's a wrong and a right But he'll never, never fight over you I got plans for us Nights in the scullery And days instead of me I only know what to discuss Oh, for anything but light Wise men fighting over you It's not me you see Pieces of valentine And just a song of mine To keep from burning history Seasons of gasoline and gold Wise men fold Near a tree by a river There's a hole in the ground Where an old man of Aran Goes around and around And his mind is a beacon In the veil of the night For a strange kind of fashion There's a wrong and a right But he'll never, never fight over you I got time to kill Sly looks in corridors Without a plan of yours A blackbird sings on bluebird hill Thanks to the calling of the wild Wise men's child Near a tree by a river There's a hole in the ground Where an old man of Aran Goes around and around And his mind is a beacon In the veil of the night For a strange kind of fashion There's a wrong and a right But he'll never, never fight Near a tree by a river There's a hole in the ground Where an old man of Aran Goes around and around And his mind is a beacon In the veil of the night For a strange kind of fashion There's a wrong and a right But he'll never, never fight over you No he'll never, never fight over you | armflick
04/2/2017 22:30 | i'd imagine that the sensible thing to do would be to sell 8m shares up to 23rd dec, and then another 3m in january ? - for some reason the EFH holding is not apparent on the website, so how would you know? Then I'd start dumping the rest | kreature
04/2/2017 20:30 | Lol, Looks like the resident trolls are getting outwitted by intelligence! Hardly a surprise! If you have to resort to spelling mistakes/date typo to deramp a company then you're getting very very desperate As for Harvest, things looking very good now! If they can convert the loi to a sale then that's another 3 million dollars coming in, of which 2 million pure profit! Hard to ignore the fundamentals here and solid performance of the BOD! Ignore the trolls! Harvest is going up from here! 2017 will be another great year for holders | rogerny
04/2/2017 20:14 | These guys are making stupid mistakes (anyone see it?) : RNS 'All the Warrants exercised had an exercise price of 8.8 pence per Warrant and were issued to EFH as part of the placing announced by the Company on 12 November 2016.' | kreature
04/2/2017 19:26 | Good post armflick, very well explained! | kryptonsnake
04/2/2017 19:24 | Andy, I'm not suggesting anyone would scare me in to selling. It just seems there are posters on here that try to bring up any small negative, and it comes across as desperate. The best example recently has been the relentless talk of a placing. They are clearly doing this for a reason, and I believe that reason is to try and talk the company and its share price down. My post certainly wasn't aimed at you by the way. To answer your last question, I think if an actual placing had taken place, the share price might have fallen further. I know there has been dilution here but it was expected as we all knew about the warrants. Investors would be more concerned if they had to raise funds through a placing. If HMI can avoid this by becoming self funding or using a debt facility, it will give investors more confidence. | kryptonsnake
04/2/2017 18:51 | kryptonsnake4 Feb '17 - 14:51 - 2098 of 2101 1 0 So the resident clowns can't say the word 'placing' anymore. Instead they are posting more rubbish to try and scare holders into selling. Or are they trying to convince them selves that their short will make them further profit? Give it up guys, the game is up! ------- Why on earth do you think anyone wants to "scare holders into selling"? I express an honest opinion in what is supposed to be a discussion board, for a company I'm interested in, and am only concerned with my own investments, if you want to buy or sell you can make our own decisions. Why you think anyone wants to "scare you into selling" is beyond me, I never make decisions based on BB 'noise', and neither should you, IMO. Quite why everyone is so touchy about the word "placing" is also beyond me, 10% dilution has occurred here, at 8.8p, bringing in £975,000, and that is a fact! Please tell me this, had it been a placing, how would the end result have been different? | andy |
