PVW have finally appointed a new CEO.

The new CEO (not BM) has REE experience.

May be there'll now be some progress on HMI positive array results from last year?

May be there's a possibility of another 6 months of directors fees?
Strange no mention of PVW in the HMI write-up?

Perhaps the only way to win here would be to get employed by Hmi and do an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay, and enjoy the travelling and hotels and everything else provided by shareholder generosity ?.. But investing at 18p and waiting for a positive outcome from 0.5p seems a bit futile imv fingers crossed tho

Another duck!

Jason Peterson joins LA and BM as substantial holders at PVW:

JP is a director of Cityscape Asset Pty a part owner of Scanty Mineracao and was a substantial holder (~12%) of Triumph Tin (aka HMI) in 2013/14.

Also I don’t think wash trading happens anymore on AIM, at least not publicly. Last company that got shut down for that was a Beaufort, which from memory was nothing to do with HMI.

Thanks for the kimberlite map, that’s encouraging. If only hmi knew something about diamonds. Have they any experience of such gems or any experience in finding the impossible ?

Most definitely their's too. Can't wait for the September sales - the joys of being an HMI shareholder.

Perhaps this is better news for PVW tho? Surely PVW win whether they find something rare or not? Whereas, HMI once again stand to lose ‘everything217; with the risk of not finding anything valuable in dust ?

Prob need to work on their contracts more? I don’t want to see HMI get scammed with continual fake orders. The only winner there would be the lawyers and pals ?

I see the same old cast saying how wonderful HMIs step-sister is, CGO. Up 50% in last few days. Prob missed the boat on that robust business ? Unless the share price is up in prep for a placing ? Don’t know much about that one tbf . Maybe not as robust as HMI ?

CGO RNS
‘ The Company notes the share price movement and confirms that discussions with the Investor, as outlined in the announcement on 17 June 2024 detailing a new investor and various terms of investment at Muchesu, has progressed to final documentation.
The Company will update the market upon confirmation and entering of final definitive documentation in relation to this transaction.’
