P, my fist sell on Monday was at 1.29, a little bit away from that atm!,
a few at 118.99.

EDIT
There looks to be a terror attack happening in London, for anyone unaware.

SKY, expected you would approve of that deal!!, thought of your reaction when
I read it funnily enough.

Had another small amount, adding back slowly.

SHA has got a tad political, it was a great board for a long time.

BT - haven't looked at the SHA thread for over a week - just makes me angry to read some of the liberal and remoaner claptrap from the usual suspects. Miss Ptolemy however...

EI - only just seen the really great deal pulled off by the management here. Selling the Euro portfolio with the exchange rate as it is - MASTERFUL piece of timing. Of course the share price go a bit ahead of itself; but pleased that you sold into that strength - your timing here has been every bit as MASTERFUL.

I haven't played HSTN at all, preferring the larger discount at PCA. My mistake; though hopefully next month's stats from PCA will cheer me up on that score. Looks to be a 19% discount and a 5% yield....so s/b limited downside and perhaps 10% upside.

Pillion, expeted it for weeks, so was bound to be right eventually!.

DLG my main buy this AM, had some SKG and WG. as well, and a small amount of KGF,
may come to regret KGF.

Thanks Bad. Woodford is in that. But no div.
ISAs at £20,000 are going to flood the stock market next month with people looking for value i.e. dividends.

Going to TRY

bt, a few weaker days overdue, in fairness have thought that for weeks
and it has not happened.

Looking to add a few SKG, buy back some DLG, at least that is the plan!.
UKX futures off a fair bit atm, may all look different by 8.00am.

I had a quick peep on the SHA thread today..noticed that Hosede is calling it Armageddon again...must admit to being a bit ignorant re waves but can't help thinking the goal posts keep moving ...still a hint of caution is no bad thing

Pete, I added another small amount at 122.16.

Take your point re European exposure, however EURO looks very generously
priced against GBP to me, that may not last.

If you look at how REITS are positioning atm many seem to be selling
what they can.

Just looking at GPOR, their LTV will be down to around 12-14% on the latest sale, can never remember a level that low, LAND is at something like 22-23%.

Would be more concerned about wider equity weakness atm,
looks a lot of complacency about. REITS on the other hand are behaving ultra cautiously.

Thanks EI. I want a European interest as well. Why I was in HSTN

Mentioned a couple of times to expect German sales.

Watson and Jones have history timing commercial property to perfection,
I trust their judgement.

You do not usually get to be that rich by making many poor calls, just IMV only.

I invested in HSTN for UK and European Properties. Sold out of Europe.
Promise of share in £1.2 billion. Sure?
where to now? TR Property Investment Trust? Any suggestions?
