Ah BKG, my largest holding is CRST
A long long time ago CRST had some kind of bust up with BKG

After the feud Crest Nic started on their own, did very well then took it private
Now back on the stock exchange

I notice that BKG delayed the latest interim for 3 months or so

My second in value holding is Telford TEF
I may sit on the side-line a while before investing further

Just annoying that £££; on deposit does not attract interest

Had a quick scan, longer term demographics the main driver for MCS,
however they are reliant on the wider UK housing market. The IC likes it
with a recent Buy rec. BKG longer term is my sector favourite, Pidgley a genius.
MCS still nowhere near it's pre June plunge level, so you could make a case there is
more leeway for a further rise than much of the sector.
Very rudimentary take on my part. A longer sector view is determined on
whether you subscribe to the post Brexit dire predictions, which I don't.

Risk on/off sentiment perhaps impacts more on the daily price.

You have headlines today.. UK growth rates slashed, consumers under pressure etc,

My Dad sold 65% of his holding yesterday, and I have just under 65% of my
holding from a couple of weeks ago.

Under 1.17 will add a few back, if available.

MCS

btw EI remember when I asked if you would research MCS ?

Over on that thread speedsgh has found an excellent article, it almost matches the quality of your take on DEB ; with a similar debt troubled history

Might have a knock-on effect with the share price when the penny drops ?

You have to marvel at governmental ability to increase the tax take.

Many of my friends work on an SE basis and there are always ways and means,
one two, miss a few ).

lol, well done, thought it may be nicely up and then some selling as
mentioned yesterday, very decent set of results but sector sentiment poor atm.
Should get some decent press mentions, however locked in a quick turn as well.

Please don't mention MCGN Pete, held 130,000 of those last year and
sold for less than £1 a share below the current price, probably ranks
as one of my worst investment decisions in 30 years, trying to smile.

Hi bt, about 20% cash atm, more reliant on divi income these days,
so won't go too much over that. Added DLG, some value
there longer term imv, however may be available lower down.

Not sure how BBOX sells at that NAV premium, specialist area perhaps
with long lease length.

Was hoping for Houston.. we have a problem, but not today.
Well not a big problem obvs ).

In fairness EURO/GBP is supportive, in perception as well as likey NAV benefit.

About 80% of what I want to buy is above my target price,
really could do with a bit of market volatility.
