26/3/2017 13:14 | One aspect to recent results which may have been overlooked, is HSTN are continuing to sell off small parcels of their UK portfolio, and they state an intention to continue this through 2017. It looks like they are selling off the smaller UK units. The optimising of assets with continuing selective sales, coupled with the German/Dutch deal should unlock value as HSTN prepare for the next cycle. What I would prefer not to happen, is what LEX recently suggested- the possibility of an offer emerging for the remainder of the REIT. While this may give a lovely short term gain, longer term I would prefer to keep a holding in Hansteen. | essentialinvestor | |
