Voted on in April.

GPOR will have an LTV around 10% following
deal completion and some capital return.

Might be the stock to hold if London property weakens significantly, provided you want sector exposure.

Bounce for GPOR on a decent update and refinancing with better terms.

Added a few HLCL under 3.00.

Will trade HSTN a lot less now as we are only 4 weeks from the XD,
not holding anything I particularly want to sell, or buy atm,
so probably a good time to take a bit of a break.

Notice as well the recent sale was agreed at + 6% over year end NAV.

One aspect to recent results which may have been overlooked,
is HSTN are continuing to sell off small parcels of their UK portfolio,
and they state an intention to continue this through 2017.
It looks like they are selling off the smaller UK units.


The optimising of assets with continuing selective sales, coupled
with the German/Dutch deal should unlock value as HSTN prepare
for the next cycle.


What I would prefer not to happen, is what LEX recently suggested- the possibility
of an offer emerging for the remainder of the REIT.

While this may give a lovely short term gain, longer term I would prefer to
keep a holding in Hansteen.

Hi Pillion. Bounced from near Thursday's opening levels. 117.96 at 14.57
my lowest buy, Increased HSTN by 8% today.

GPOR just a small position, HLCL bounce, bought yesterday although preferred lower to add.
